Great day tour experience to Kamakura. The day tour was by Gogoday Travel, quite a big tour company with many groups gathering at the same time so watch out for the flag number and check in with the guide holding the flag. they will email you the day before to provide the meeting details and contacts like WhatsApp, Line. The bus was big and seats were comfortable. Our guide Alex was excellent, he is fluent in both English and Mandarin and always provide the information in both languages. He was reassuring and generous in his assistance throughout the trip. The weather was good although it was a little hot from the walking and we couldn't see Mt Fuji from Enoshima island. the duration was good so that we were back in Shinjuku by 5.30pm. For those who prefer front seats in bus, select priority seats with a bit more fees.

Kento was a funny and great guide to have for our day trip to Kakamura + Enoshima Island. He made sure to get us to where we needed to be on time and explained it perfectly to make it seamless as possible. He recommended some great spots for us to try at each place. Thanks to Yuki-san for comfortably guiding us to the main tourist spots, providing excellent explanations, and responding well to our requests, we're leaving Kamakura with wonderful memories :)

I was rebooked with the Kamakura day tour without Yokohama night view due to availability. so this review is for our tour guide Allen with gogoday which is the provider’s name. Allen is attentive and explains the interinery well. He is funny at times and tries to make us relax. he provides recommendations for food and places of interests, and shared his own experiences. our bus driver is professional. overall I had f good time and will recommend.

Doamne! A fost un drum lung, dar domnul Jhon a fost uimitor. Am oprit la întâmplare pentru o pauză de toaletă și am găsit niște gustări unice. Hakone este atât de frumos și verde în iunie. Vremea a fost perfectă și am văzut Muntele Fuji de atâtea ori.

De fiecare dată când călătoresc singur sau cu prietenii, rezerv întotdeauna prin Klook, deoarece este mult mai practic. De data aceasta, îi dau nota maximă ghidului nostru WIN, care a fost super prietenos și foarte detaliat. Mulțumesc, Klook!

It was wonderful to be able to wear a kimono and have my hair styled. It was a little disappointing that there weren't many types and patterns of kimonos available. However, the staff were very friendly and easy to talk to, so I would love to use this service again if I have the chance. Thank you for the great memories.
