The environment is incredibly comfortable, with a distinctive fragrance lingering in the air that makes people feel relaxed. The therapist is gentle and courteous, with superb massage skills, and can adjust the focus and pressure of the massage according to my needs. The fruits and tea are of high quality, making this a perfect getaway to unwind and rest properly.

The spa's location was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, the treatment room was clean, and the shower could adjust its lighting. The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Many thanks to the shop for their care. Due to an unexpected personal situation, the shop was incredibly nice and still helped me complete two projects. I originally bought one Thai massage and one essential oil massage, but because it was so comfortable, I ended up doing a Thai double! A pure 100-minute indulgence! Just a small suggestion: the lights in my room flickered on bright mode, so the bulb is probably broken. Please make sure to fix it!

The masseuse proactively communicated about the pressure and sometimes told jokes to lighten the mood. However, there was a bit of a hard sell at the end. When it was time to pay, they also briefly tried to sell a package, but I rarely go to Hong Kong Island, so I didn't consider it. They didn't seem upset, and overall, the experience was quite good.

Got the day pass to the gym on a weekday. Was very quiet. Quality of the machines is high. Pool is too small to get exercise in. There is a hot tub next to the pool. In the locker room is a large sauna and steam room. No need to bring a lock or your own towel. Gym is on the second basement level. You show your voucher directly at the gym reception.

The location is convenient, redemption is easy, and the staff are friendly. Most importantly, when I didn't purchase a follow-up package, it was handled without any hard selling or pressure to stay.

Pentru a doua oară cumpăr acest abonament de o zi la Hotelul Ritz Carlton de la etajul 118. De data aceasta ne-am bucurat foarte mult pentru că am avut ocazia să petrecem timp în zona de fitness, ne-a plăcut enorm. Priveliștea este 10/10 și, bineînțeles, facilitatea piscinei rămâne 101/10. Personalul este atât de drăguț, în special managerul, care a fost foarte amabil și s-a asigurat că ne distrăm și facem cele mai bune fotografii posibile. În zona de fitness ai tot ce îți trebuie, de la băuturi, prosoape și până la fructe. Și mi-a plăcut foarte mult că există cafea, fiind un iubitor de cafea.
