The therapist is gentle and courteous, with superb massage skills, and can adjust the focus and pressure of the massage according to my needs. The fruits and tea are of high quality, making this a perfect getaway to unwind and rest properly.

Many thanks to the shop for their care. Due to an unexpected personal situation, the shop was incredibly nice and still helped me complete two projects. I originally bought one Thai massage and one essential oil massage, but because it was so comfortable, I ended up doing a Thai double! A pure 100-minute indulgence! Just a small suggestion: the lights in my room flickered on bright mode, so the bulb is probably broken. Please make sure to fix it!

The masseuse proactively communicated about the pressure and sometimes told jokes to lighten the mood. However, there was a bit of a hard sell at the end. When it was time to pay, they also briefly tried to sell a package, but I rarely go to Hong Kong Island, so I didn't consider it. They didn't seem upset, and overall, the experience was quite good.

The spa's location was a bit hard to find, but the atmosphere inside was comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly, the treatment room was clean, and the shower could adjust its lighting. The shower amenities had a unique fragrance. For the treatment, there were three essential oil options, with jasmine being particularly distinctive. The masseuse's technique was excellent and adjusted to the client's needs. The small refreshments provided after the treatment were also delicious. Overall, it offered great value for money.

Got the day pass to the gym on a weekday. Was very quiet. Quality of the machines is high. Pool is too small to get exercise in. There is a hot tub next to the pool. In the locker room is a large sauna and steam room. No need to bring a lock or your own towel. Gym is on the second basement level. You show your voucher directly at the gym reception.

For the second time to purchase this one day pass in Ritz Carlton Hotel at 118 Floor.. This time we really enjoyed a lot because we got the chance to spent time in Fitness area we really love it.. The we can 10/10 and of course the swimming pool facility still 101/10. The staff are so nice specially the manager he so nice he see to it that we enjoyed and take the best photos as we can... The fitness area everything that you you need is there from drinks, towels, and fruits. And I really love there is the coffee as coffee lover here.

It was very clean and all the staff were kind! The location was also easily accessible. I would definitely like to visit again when I go to Hong Kong! Please note that this menu does not include a foot massage!!
