We went on a tour of Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountains for our honeymoon! We were with Guide Kim Tae-young, and he made the travel time enjoyable by sharing interesting stories about Australia and Sydney. He also provided excellent explanations at each location, so we had a comfortable trip without a dull moment. Most importantly, he took really great photos, haha. He didn't even have a separate camera; he used our phones, but he captured the angles perfectly and knew all the best spots, so the results turned out much better than we expected. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted to take a lot of pictures together, and thanks to him, we got many photos we love! At Featherdale, it was great to see kangaroos and koalas up close, and the scenery at the Blue Mountains was truly magnificent in person. The good weather made it even more satisfying. Even though it was a day trip with a fair amount of travel time, Guide Kim Tae-young made it comfortable and fun. His explanations were great, but I think you'll be especially satisfied if you're looking for a guide who takes excellent photos. It was a memorable day on our honeymoon. Thank you!

This was a very satisfying tour. Thanks to our guide, Soonkwon Lee, we had a truly wonderful day. First, starting from Sea Life, he shared fascinating historical stories about each place we visited and provided useful information for our trip in a very engaging way. And when we asked questions, he answered them all without hesitation, so even though it's early in our Australia trip, we're starting with a lot of valuable information! At Featherdale, we didn't do an 'open run' but we got to do everything we wanted. We took photos with koalas, fed wallabies and quokkas, and captured all the videos we wanted. An hour and a half was plenty of time to freely explore Featherdale! Our Blue Mountains tour was also very satisfying for me. We were supposed to see stars, but since there was a forecast for clouds today, he flexibly adjusted the schedule. Although it was an early dinner, he took us to a really great restaurant, and everyone had a good time. If the stars aren't clearly visible, he knows several spots and will make sure you get to see them somehow! Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get great photos, as he takes so many pictures to ensure everyone gets at least one good shot. He also kept the atmosphere lively throughout the tour, which helped the tour members, who were strangers at first, become friendly and chat a lot. I recommend this to everyone, especially honeymooners. There were three couples on our tour this time. This is the first time I've ever written such a detailed review. No regrets!

Although the weather wasn't great today, I had a wonderful day thanks to our guide, Joon. I was traveling alone, and the guide diligently took many photos for me. The departure time was a bit early, but after an hour of driving, there was a cafe at our first sightseeing spot, so it was fine even though I hadn't had breakfast. The recommended lunch spot, The Hill Bar & Kitchen, was also excellent. If I have the chance, I would definitely choose Zigzag Tour again.

Această excursie la Munții Albaștri a fost minunată! Ghizii noștri, Shirley și Max, ne-au oferit o mulțime de informații și sfaturi despre fiecare atracție, iar întregul tur a decurs foarte bine. Am mers mai întâi la punctul de observație Cliff Lookout, unde priveliștea văii era spectaculoasă. Apoi a urmat mult-așteptata cale ferată Zig Zag Railway📸 – aceasta este o experiență exclusivă, disponibilă doar pentru acest grup turistic. Acest trenuleț istoric, de epocă, a mers încet prin munți, oferind peisaje frumoase pe parcurs, iar experiența a fost super distractivă! După aceea, am vizitat punctele de observație Elysian Rock, Echo Point și Three Sisters, apoi am mers la Scenic World, unde ne-am bucurat de toate cele trei instalații de telecabină. Întregul itinerar a fost bine organizat, iar ghizii Shirley și Max au fost amândoi foarte entuziaști și prietenoși ❤️. Am reușit să vedem toate atracțiile clasice din Munții Albaștri într-o singură zi, iar experiența a fost excelentă, o recomand cu căldură! 👍

Everything was worth it… Starting with our ever-knowledgeable, kind, sweet, and humorous tour guide down to all the stops we’ve made throughout the day. This is a must-do tour and we would love to do it again next time 😊

Am avut o excursie minunată la Blue Mountains, datorită ghidului nostru, Jayden. Punctul culminant a fost observarea stelelor și fotografiile uluitoare pe care ni le-a făcut. Cele Trei Surori au fost cu adevărat majestoase. Deși am ratat apusul, experiența generală a fost totuși excelentă. Deși turul a fost în coreeană, Jayden ne-a explicat cu amabilitate offline în engleză/chineză și ne-a împărtășit o mulțime de sfaturi despre Sydney. Cu ajutorul lui (și al Google Translate), am urmărit totul cu bine. Per total, experiența a fost grozavă. Mulțumim, Jayden.

We had a wonderful day tour with Jayden! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We visited Blue Mountains Scenic World, Echo Point, and Featherdale Wildlife Park, where we had the amazing opportunity to feed kangaroos and quokkas. Jayden was helpful throughout the day and shared interesting information about each place we visited. He also made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour!

dificultatea drumeției: uau, acele scări ale pieirii (o parte opțională) te vor obosi cu adevărat! așa că, doar ca o informare, mergeți în ritmul vostru și fiți atenți la acest aspect. în afară de scările pieirii, totul este super frumos și a fost o experiență grozavă!

All the staff are friendly and are knowledgeable. Through them, we learnt how oysters and pearls are harvested. We also get to see the oysters lease farm, learnt oysters shucking and tasted the oysters. On the whole, it was definitely a trip worthwhile to make. However, we had a bit of confusion with the transfer pickup time initially. We bought the package with transfer and Klook stated transfer pickup time is about 9.05am from Hawkesbury Station. We waited for some time and did not see transfer van. We contacted the oyster farm and they came to pick us up as soon as they could. As per the farm, they had planned to pick us only at 9.45am. Hope that this timing issue could be sorted out for future customers.
