We went on a tour of Featherdale Wildlife Park and the Blue Mountains for our honeymoon! We were with Guide Kim Tae-young, and he made the travel time enjoyable by sharing interesting stories about Australia and Sydney. He also provided excellent explanations at each location, so we had a comfortable trip without a dull moment. Most importantly, he took really great photos, haha. He didn't even have a separate camera; he used our phones, but he captured the angles perfectly and knew all the best spots, so the results turned out much better than we expected. Since it was our honeymoon, we wanted to take a lot of pictures together, and thanks to him, we got many photos we love! At Featherdale, it was great to see kangaroos and koalas up close, and the scenery at the Blue Mountains was truly magnificent in person. The good weather made it even more satisfying. Even though it was a day trip with a fair amount of travel time, Guide Kim Tae-young made it comfortable and fun. His explanations were great, but I think you'll be especially satisfied if you're looking for a guide who takes excellent photos. It was a memorable day on our honeymoon. Thank you!

This was a very satisfying tour. Thanks to our guide, Soonkwon Lee, we had a truly wonderful day. First, starting from Sea Life, he shared fascinating historical stories about each place we visited and provided useful information for our trip in a very engaging way. And when we asked questions, he answered them all without hesitation, so even though it's early in our Australia trip, we're starting with a lot of valuable information! At Featherdale, we didn't do an 'open run' but we got to do everything we wanted. We took photos with koalas, fed wallabies and quokkas, and captured all the videos we wanted. An hour and a half was plenty of time to freely explore Featherdale! Our Blue Mountains tour was also very satisfying for me. We were supposed to see stars, but since there was a forecast for clouds today, he flexibly adjusted the schedule. Although it was an early dinner, he took us to a really great restaurant, and everyone had a good time. If the stars aren't clearly visible, he knows several spots and will make sure you get to see them somehow! Overall, I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to get great photos, as he takes so many pictures to ensure everyone gets at least one good shot. He also kept the atmosphere lively throughout the tour, which helped the tour members, who were strangers at first, become friendly and chat a lot. I recommend this to everyone, especially honeymooners. There were three couples on our tour this time. This is the first time I've ever written such a detailed review. No regrets!

Mimo że pogoda dzisiaj nie dopisała, dzięki przewodnikowi Joonowi spędziłem wspaniały dzień. Podróżowałem sam, a przewodnik bardzo się starał, żeby zrobić mi dużo zdjęć. Godzina wyjazdu była dość wczesna, ale po godzinie jazdy w pierwszym miejscu, które zwiedzaliśmy, była kawiarnia, więc to, że nie zjadłem śniadania, nie było problemem. This Blue Mountains tour was fantastic! Our guides, Shirley and Max, provided a lot of information and recommendations about each attraction, and the entire trip ran very smoothly. We first went to the Cliff Lookout, where the valley views were spectacular. Next was the highly anticipated Zig Zag Railway📸 – this is an exclusive itinerary, only available to this tour group. This vintage historical train slowly traveled through the mountains, offering beautiful scenery along the way, and the ride was super fun! Afterward, we visited the Elysian Rock Lookout, Echo Point, and the Three Sisters, then headed to Scenic World and experienced all three cable car facilities. The overall itinerary was well-planned, and both guides, Shirley and Max, were very enthusiastic and friendly❤️. We saw all the classic Blue Mountains attractions in one day, and the experience was excellent. Highly recommended!👍

We had wonderful trip to blue mountain, thanks to our tour guide, Jayden. The highlight is the stargazing and the breathtaking photos he took for us. The Three sisters were truely majestic. Although we miss the sunset, the overall experience was still excellent. Although the tour is in Korean, Jayden kindly explained to us with English/Chinese offline, and shared any many tips about Sydney. With his help ( and Google translate), we follow along well. We had a wonderful day tour with Jayden! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. We visited Blue Mountains Scenic World, Echo Point, and Featherdale Wildlife Park, where we had the amazing opportunity to feed kangaroos and quokkas. Jayden was helpful throughout the day and shared interesting information about each place we visited. He also made sure we had enough time to enjoy each stop. Highly recommend this tour!

All the staff are friendly and are knowledgeable. Through them, we learnt how oysters and pearls are harvested. We also get to see the oysters lease farm, learnt oysters shucking and tasted the oysters. On the whole, it was definitely a trip worthwhile to make. However, we had a bit of confusion with the transfer pickup time initially. We bought the package with transfer and Klook stated transfer pickup time is about 9.05am from Hawkesbury Station. We waited for some time and did not see transfer van. We contacted the oyster farm and they came to pick us up as soon as they could. As per the farm, they had planned to pick us only at 9.45am. Hope that this timing issue could be sorted out for future customers.
