After booking, customer service reached out to confirm the itinerary very quickly. They were extremely prompt with their replies and accommodated our requests as much as possible. Our driver, Mr. Hong, provided exceptional service and was very polite. Since a family member needed a wheelchair, Mr. Hong proactively helped with getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times. His thoughtful and attentive service gave us great peace of mind. During the trip, Mr. Hong also enthusiastically introduced the sights along the way, making the entire journey quite pleasant. Highly recommended!

I haven't shown them Anpanman yet, but I'm so glad the little one likes cats haha. They did the event where if you say "BOO!" to the staff, you get a sticker, so it was fun walking around saying "Boo! Boo!"~~ I think kids up to preschool age will really love it~

Rezervarea cu două săptămâni în avans prin tragere la sorți ne-a făcut să credem că va fi aglomerație, dar odată ajunși am constatat că fluxul de vizitatori este foarte bine controlat, fără nicio presiune legată de cozi aglomerate, iar experiența vizitei a fost extrem de confortabilă. Deși Turnul Fukuoka nu se numără printre cele mai înalte clădiri pe care le-am cucerit, priveliștea panoramică de pe acest turn de sticlă nu este cu nimic mai prejos față de alte repere celebre. Soarele care strălucește pe marea din depărtare, pe clădirile orașului și pe pasajele rutiere, verdeața din apropiere și norii cumulus superbi oferă o panoramă absolut minunată a întregului oraș Fukuoka, care îți încântă privirea și îți aduce liniște. Fiecare vizită într-un oraș nou și urcarea în cea mai înaltă clădire locală este o înțelegere nescrisă pe care o păstrăm mereu în călătoriile mele alături de copilul meu. De data aceasta, în Turnul Fukuoka, urmărindu-l cum pășea entuziasmat în fața ferestrelor uriașe din sticlă, am simțit că acest obicei a adăugat încă o amintire minunată legată de timpul petrecut împreună. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but teamLab Forest exceeded my expectations. The interactive displays made me feel like I was part of the artwork, and every area had its own unique charm. The visual effects were incredible, and it was easy to lose track of time while exploring. It’s a great mix of entertainment, art, and technology. One of the most memorable attractions I visited in Fukuoka!

Great facilities and staff could actually communicate in English! We managed to tag along an English group during the firefighter job. it was so good to understand every word from the beginning to the end. Staff were very patient and energetic. We happened to go in my daughter’s birthday month. Staff at different jobs would write on her birthday card. It was a sweet and special experience. Make sure you go early to get a number card for entry. The earlier you get in, the easier to secure jobs you like. We went for the 2nd session and my kids could experience 4 to 5 different jobs.

During my 3-night, 4-day trip to Fukuoka with my mom, I was looking for activities on our third day, which was entirely dedicated to Tenjin. I found a yukata/kimono experience and decided to sign up! I initially considered a kimono, but since it was June 1st, they switched to yukatas. It's definitely hot in Japan, so I think the slightly thinner yukata was a better choice. I booked the first slot at 9 AM and arrived a little early, about five minutes before, but they said the doors wouldn't open until exactly 9 AM, haha. So, while waiting, I saw a sign on the door advising to use the restroom beforehand, which I did. We then entered a little after 9 AM when they opened. I chose the Premium Deluxe Plan, and for the yukata, I picked from the Premium and 'One Star' options. Surprisingly, the 'One Star' ones seemed a bit prettier, so my mom and I each chose one from there. For hair, as per blog reviews, 'Two Star' options were available. I had already looked at some styles, so I went with 'Two Star' option #1. Since we were among the first three groups, we quickly put on the white inner garment, and then they did our hair. It was a braided style pulled to the side, and they asked which side I preferred, so I asked for the left. My hair turned out so incredibly beautiful that I was extremely satisfied. After the hair was done, we could choose hair ornaments. There were some free, round, candy-like ones, and then some prettier flower ones that cost an additional 500 yen. I just went with the free round one, haha. Still, I was satisfied! They also fitted the yukata well to my height, and for bags, the free options weren't particularly pretty, just plain, so I didn't pay extra. For shoes, I would have worn wooden clogs if they had been a bit softer, but they were completely hard wood, so we just wore our sneakers and walked around, making sure our feet weren't visible in photos. Also, it was so hot that we were going to use our own parasols, but then we thought, 'Since we're doing this, let's use theirs!' so we rented one for 500 yen, and I'm satisfied with it, haha. It matched the outfit so well and looked great in photos! We started at 9 AM, and after everything, we finished around 10 AM. We didn't plan on wearing it for too long, so we returned it before 12 PM. The photos turned out so pretty, and it was such a unique experience! I highly recommend it! 👍🏻

Even when following the link on the voucher, the QR code did not appear. I explained this upon entry and was allowed in. Seat selection was not available; seats were assigned automatically.
