The hotel service was excellent, and the front desk staff was very welcoming. While waiting for our room, they escorted us to the VIP room to enjoy tea, snacks, and coffee. The bed in the room was very large, extremely comfortable, and great for sleeping. Welcome fruit was provided in the room, and the soft drinks and Pringles in the minibar were complimentary. The slippers provided by the hotel were also stylish and could be taken home. The location is convenient, very close to the airport and shopping centers. The only area for improvement is that the gym is truly too small; other than that, everything else is highly recommended.

the staff are very accommodating, the location and amenities of the hotel are accessible and very beautiful. the offer delicious food at the buffet

Very-well located beside Denpasar Airport. Comfortable room & good breakfast. Airport Shuttle is available every half an hour.

The swimming pool is the best, but unfortunately, the water isn't very clear, perhaps because it mixes with the beach sand. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my stay here.

This hotel is an older five-star property, but the staff are very friendly and kind. However, I want to clarify one thing: this hotel already offers a complimentary airport shuttle service. Please, do not be misled into paying an extra two hundred dollars for a hotel transfer service. Thank you.

Toate bunurile, locația aproape de plajă, aproape de restaurant și de supermarketul Bintang, la aproape 30 de minute de mers cu mașina până la aeroport, personalul este în mare parte bun și primitor.
