The reservation process is easy but need to contact them via call as their WhatsApp line has been rerouted to new number so pls expect delay in response.. The vibes is nice, the staff is friendly but no small talks also.. you can add-on aromatic oil for the massage, then they’ll assign the masseuse.. starts with foot soaking and then massage. they’ll use warm towel to remove the excess oil on your body.. so niceee.. highly recommend

Este atât de relaxant și de destins. Mă bucur că în zona orașului KL există un loc atât de minunat și grozav pentru a ne reseta după o zi lungă și agitată. Pentru cei care au fost foarte stresați sau care au avut o rutină zilnică foarte încărcată, recomand cu tărie să viziteze Billion și să-și recapete energia. Sincer, în timpul vizitei mele, am mâncat cel mai mult din zi, comparativ cu rutina mea normală. Mâncarea este 👍, băuturile ar putea fi mai bune, iar spa-ul și sauna sunt la superlativ. Cu siguranță voi reveni și le voi recomanda și altor prieteni să mi se alăture.

What an amazing experience! From start to finish, the staff at Kantik were welcoming, kind, and incredibly accommodating. We had the head spa and facial treatments, and they were absolutely terrific. The team truly went above and beyond to make us feel relaxed and well looked after.
