The therapist was highly skilled, the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, and it’s definitely worth the money. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great massage in the city!

Din momentul în care am intrat, ambianța a fost relaxantă și calmantă – exact ceea ce aveam nevoie după o săptămână lungă și stresantă. Personalul a fost primitor și profesionist, iar mediul a fost curat, liniștit și foarte confortabil. Terapeutul meu a fost incredibil de priceput, atent la preferințele privind presiunea și a știut exact unde să se concentreze. Fiecare mișcare a fost intenționată și terapeutică. Am plecat simțindu-mă complet reîmprospătat și relaxat, cu o eliberare vizibilă a tensiunii din corp. Uleiurile folosite au fost plăcute, iar temperatura camerei a fost perfectă. M-am simțit cu adevărat ca un tratament personalizat. Am apreciat atenția la detalii și respectul pentru intimitate pe tot parcursul sesiunii. I added on aroma oil, mine was Ginger (for pain relief) and my husband chose Lemongrass (for anti-stress), RM12 each and totally worth it. The session started with a relaxing foot soak, followed by head and shoulder stretches, then a full body massage that was simply perfect! The pressure, flow, everything 10/10! 🌿✨ You can also add on 30 minutes to make it a 120-minute session for only RM55, which is such a great deal! Overall ambiance was calming, massage experience was really good & massage therapist is well exeperienced. I had to queue for 15 minutes at reception when I arrive, maybe can have separate walk-in & reservation counter. After massage, they served hot ginger drink and it’s refreshing.

It was my first time visiting Ayu Borneo & it was a great experience. The therapist was really good and didn't talk during the session, really appreciate the quiet moments while having a massage. Perhaps, before applying the oil, it would be helpful to briefly describe the type of oil being used to avoid any allergic reactions for guests.
