Turul a fost excelent. Am contactat compania prin WhatsApp în avans și am confirmat rezervarea cu două zile înainte de data programată. Cu două zile înainte, a fost emisă o alertă de taifun (numărul 6) pentru Okinawa. Personalul a coordonat și ne-a trimis un mesaj pentru a ne informa despre anularea turului în ziua respectivă. Although I give this tour 5 star rating, with one caviat, we had some misunderstanding with tour guide in the morning, after addressing my concerns, later it was resolved. I would extend American Village by maybe half an hour, although we had an option to stay and later come back at our own expense. I believe hour and a half would be sufficient without being rushed, I wills cut short Cape by 15 mins and aquarium by another 15 mins. Otherwise bus was great, and I enjoyed the day.

Ms. Ishikawa's introduction was incredibly detailed, and having a Chinese-speaking guide was a huge plus! Ms. Ishikawa took great care of everyone and immediately remembered everyone's faces in the group, which was amazing! The overall experience was excellent. Although we only had 30 minutes at Manzamo and Kouri Island, which might be a bit short for those who love taking photos and exploring, it really tested our time management skills. We had a good amount of time at the Churaumi Aquarium. If you want to take your time looking at everything inside, it might still not be enough, but seeing the enormous whale sharks alone made it worthwhile! There's also a dolphin show, opportunities to take photos with dolphins (limited to 15 groups), and even feed them (also limited groups, very popular, so if you want to do it, you need to line up right after the show)! At the Churaumi Aquarium, Ms. Ishikawa gave a very detailed explanation of the aquarium's layout and facilities, and she reminded everyone not to take a wrong turn, or they might get lost! There are three souvenir shops, and they each sell slightly different items. If you see something you like, it's best to buy it right away, because what's available in shop A might not be in shop B, and vice versa! This was my first time booking a one-day tour, and I really enjoyed it! It was very much worth it. Highly recommend!

Am avut unul dintre cei mai buni ghizi turistici; deși toată lumea din autobuzul meu vorbea mandarina, ZaoSan și-a făcut timp să îmi explice totul. A fost foarte prietenoasă și amuzantă.

Thank you so much! It was a great tour and we had such a great time everywhere we went. Yes, the tour is not in English, but I don’t think that’s a problem. First of all, we’re in Japan, and there are Japanese tourists on the tour as well. The guide and the driver were both very nice, and the guide really did her best to make sure everyone understood the basic instructions so we could all follow along without any problems. It’s a great day trip for anyone who wants to see different places in one day without rushing or having to worry about getting tickets and figuring out the right transportation. Thank you for the amazing day and for the lovely Japanese songs during the trip!

Minami-san este un ghid excelent! A oferit explicații pentru fiecare loc în engleză și chineză, ceea ce a făcut întreaga călătorie plăcută! Prima oprire, Manzamo și plaja Kaori, a durat câte 30 de minute, în timp ce acvariul Churaumi a avut 3,5 ore, iar ultima oprire, American Village, 1 oră. O zi plină cu multe activități diferite și multă distracție. Ne-au plăcut cel mai mult insula Kouri și acvariul, au fost spectaculoase. Poate ar fi bine să le spuneți oamenilor că pot aduce costumele de baie și să alocați puțin mai mult timp pentru înot. Mai puțin timp la cofetărie. Ghidul nostru a fost amuzant și foarte bine informat. A fost minunată.

This tour is highly recommended. The guide was very professional. Although we only spent 2.5 hours at Churaumi Aquarium, the guide helped us plan our route so we were able to see the dolphin show and have lunch. Afterward, we saw the main attraction, the whale sharks, and even participated in a whale shark pillow raffle on the way back to the bus. We only had two hours at AEON, but the guide expertly directed everyone to the stores they wanted to visit, allowing us to efficiently complete our shopping and return to the bus. For those who wished to continue shopping, the guide provided instructions on how to return to Naha independently. Also, please pay close attention to the meeting point and time in the morning. Arrange your transportation in advance to arrive on time and avoid being left behind!
