We thoroughly enjoyed our 2N stay here. Yummy 2F freebies - 10am-10pm free popcorn/icecream/more than 10 types of alochol (Orion beer, liqueur, awamori, wine), all day non-alcoholic drinks, 8.30-9.30pm free ramen, 5-6pm takoyak making. Open air hot spring is warm and comfortable, wear own swim suit. towel dry & bathe in own room though. Only has locker, changing room, open air shower. Room tight but enough (can fit 2x28” luggages) & equipped (PJ, bedroom slippers, mini fridge, pool towels etc), comfy beds. They will place a bag of fresh bath towels and bottled water outside your room if you choose no housekeeping. Mandarin speaking staff. Thoughtful hotel. Luggage weighing machine and free umbrellas to use at lobby. Excellent location (3min walk to train station, a few more minutes walk to main shopping street/market). Book early as rooms run out fast. Strongly recommended, excellent value for money. Paid additional ¥2500/pax for buffet breakfast - not satisfying, limited & low value.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the lobby has a pleasant aroma. The room is spacious enough and even has a bathtub. The best part is its proximity to Kokusai Street and Makishi Market; you can see the Don Quijote store from your room, making it convenient to visit anytime.

Whether you take the monorail or the airport bus, you'll need to walk a short distance, about five minutes. It's also about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and the path is quite easy to navigate. The hotel's design is very creative and thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere of the space is very relaxing. There's a faint scent of essential oils in the air, and the room is neat and clean. The pajamas are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Amaville has great accessibility, and I even participated in an email event for parking and received a gift. The reception staff were very kind, and although I didn't use it, there's also a welcome drink corner. The room was very pleasant, and all the clothes and bedding smelled nice. The public bath was incredibly convenient, equipped with everything from towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser to makeup cleansing products, and even cleanser for children, so you could go empty-handed.

I am writing this email to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service and warm support I received today from Ms. Suga at the front desk. My name is Mr. NG, and I am currently staying at your hotel. Yesterday, I accidentally scraped the bumper of my rental car. As a tourist, my cell phone was not set up for domestic calls in Japan, so I was very anxious and panicked, unsure how to contact the police or the rental car company. When I returned to the hotel and asked for help at the front desk, Ms. Suga assisted me. She listened to my story with incredible enthusiasm and professionalism, and then called the police (110) and the rental car company (OTS) on my behalf. Furthermore, she meticulously explained the situation to them, step by step. What touched me most was that she noticed how anxious I was and comforted me with kind words, putting me at ease. Thanks to her, all the accident reporting procedures were completed smoothly. Her wonderful hospitality, highly professional service, and sincere empathy for guests truly embody the high service quality of Vessel Hotel. Because of her, what could have been a very stressful incident turned into an unforgettable memory that highlighted the warmth of Japan. The hotel's location offers beautiful scenery, and the rooms have balconies with airport views. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are new, including a microwave and oven. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't use the rooftop pool. The lounge offers complimentary snacks and drinks, and free parking is available for those driving. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I have the chance!

The bathrooms are very spacious and comfortable. You absolutely must visit the amenities and welcome room; it's like a large, thoughtfully designed store. The lifeguards at the outdoor pool are well-equipped. If it rains, there's an indoor pool and a small play area for toddlers. Breakfast is delicious. The only inconvenience is that you need a car to get to the convenience store.

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is fantastic, very close to the train station, and there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven nearby. There's even a Don Quijote right downstairs. It's about a 10-minute ride to the airport, and since it's not in a bustling area, it's very quiet. Although the front desk staff spoke Japanese, their service was excellent, and they were always helpful! The room amenities were also great; we could easily open two large suitcases. The toiletries in the bathroom were all very good, and if you needed more, you could get them in the lobby. Since we had a continuous stay, there was a sticker on the room door where you could choose how you wanted your room cleaned! There was also a washing machine in the room, and a deodorizing spray in the closet area. In front of the toilet, there was a small sink, which was very convenient for two people staying together – one could use the toilet or shower while the other could easily wash their hands! The bathroom had a small bathtub. The hotel beds were on the firmer side, not the very soft kind, but they were still quite comfortable to sleep on! The only minor drawback might be that the pillows weren't as comfortable as they could be.
