Hoteller i Okinawa Prefecture

On August 26th, we were unfortunately stranded due to a typhoon. Luckily, before we left, I had booked a one-day room with free cancellation on Klook, so I wasn't flustered when I canceled. We packed our bags and changed rooms during the typhoon night. The infinity pool was closed during the typhoon, but the unlimited beer and soda from 6 PM to 7 PM was still available, turning the 14th floor into an interesting lounge for stranded guests. Although it's a bit far from the station, there are almost all types of convenience stores nearby, and Jack Steak is right downstairs. The hotel parking lot costs 1800 NTD, but there are many flat parking lots nearby, so there's no need to worry if you're renting a car and driving.

Whether you take the monorail or the airport bus, you'll need to walk a short distance, about five minutes. It's also about a ten-minute walk to Kokusai Street, and the path is quite easy to navigate. The hotel's design is very creative and thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere of the space is very relaxing. There's a faint scent of essential oils in the air, and the room is neat and clean. The pajamas are very comfortable. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

Hotellet ligger svært nær Okinawa Monorail-stasjonen «Makishi», og det er også veldig praktisk å komme seg til Kokusai-dori-gaten. Hotellet tilbyr gratis ramen i ulike smaker, Happy Hour med fri bar, samt basseng og varme kilder til avslapning. Det er også forskjellige håndverksaktiviteter å delta på hver dag, noe som samlet sett gjør det til et svært godt kjøp!

The hotel's first floor offers DHC skincare products for guests to take, as well as special Okinawan tea bags. Each guest receives one bottle of water daily, and if you opt out of housekeeping, fresh towels will be hung on your door. Overall, everything was great, except the pillow was a bit too firm for me. However, everyone has different pillow preferences, so this doesn't affect my rating.

Amaville has great accessibility, and I even participated in an email event for parking and received a gift. The reception staff were very kind, and although I didn't use it, there's also a welcome drink corner. The room was very pleasant, and all the clothes and bedding smelled nice. The public bath was incredibly convenient, equipped with everything from towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body cleanser to makeup cleansing products, and even cleanser for children, so you could go empty-handed.

The hotel's location offers beautiful scenery, and the rooms have balconies with airport views. The rooms are spacious, and the facilities are new, including a microwave and oven. Unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't use the rooftop pool. The lounge offers complimentary snacks and drinks, and free parking is available for those driving. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again if I have the chance!

This hotel is truly excellent. Its location is fantastic, very close to the train station, and there's a FamilyMart and a 7-Eleven nearby. There's even a Don Quijote right downstairs. It's about a 10-minute ride to the airport, and since it's not in a bustling area, it's very quiet. Although the front desk staff spoke Japanese, their service was excellent, and they were always helpful! The room amenities were also great; we could easily open two large suitcases. The toiletries in the bathroom were all very good, and if you needed more, you could get them in the lobby. Since we had a continuous stay, there was a sticker on the room door where you could choose how you wanted your room cleaned! There was also a washing machine in the room, and a deodorizing spray in the closet area. In front of the toilet, there was a small sink, which was very convenient for two people staying together – one could use the toilet or shower while the other could easily wash their hands! The bathroom had a small bathtub. The hotel beds were on the firmer side, not the very soft kind, but they were still quite comfortable to sleep on! The only minor drawback might be that the pillows weren't as comfortable as they could be.

I am writing this email to express my sincere gratitude for the outstanding service and warm support I received today from Ms. Suga at the front desk. My name is Mr. NG, and I am currently staying at your hotel. Yesterday, I accidentally scraped the bumper of my rental car. As a tourist, my cell phone was not set up for domestic calls in Japan, so I was very anxious and panicked, unsure how to contact the police or the rental car company. When I returned to the hotel and asked for help at the front desk, Ms. Suga assisted me. She listened to my story with incredible enthusiasm and professionalism, and then called the police (110) and the rental car company (OTS) on my behalf. Furthermore, she meticulously explained the situation to them, step by step. What touched me most was that she noticed how anxious I was and comforted me with kind words, putting me at ease. Thanks to her, all the accident reporting procedures were completed smoothly. Her wonderful hospitality, highly professional service, and sincere empathy for guests truly embody the high service quality of Vessel Hotel. Because of her, what could have been a very stressful incident turned into an unforgettable memory that highlighted the warmth of Japan. The most beautiful hotel on Kokusai Street (bar none), with five-star hotel standards, a gorgeous pool, and a large public bath. The only downside was that the bellhop took an hour and a half to deliver the luggage to the room.
