Transportul în Phnom Penh

The bus station is a little bit far from district 1.However the drop off to Phnom Penh is at the center, it is also near our hotel. the Limo is clean, seats are clean they have free snack and water, wifi is also working. I dont know why but we took so long to pass by the boarder ( trip was 7 am to 3:30). so we waited longer than expected. also, I expected wider seats and wider leg room that is why we opted for the 19 seater limo instead of the bus but tbh the bus has a wider leg room and comfrtble seat. The thing is we did not do anything in the boarder, the staff did everything for us. Thr chickenmeal in the stopover is good!

Chiar dacă 6 ore este o tortură, am putut vedea cum trăiesc cambodgienii, cât de simple sunt lucrurile. Încă îmi place. Șoferul Staya a venit cu 30 de minute mai devreme. Mi-a plăcut asta. Mi-am început călătoria mai devreme. O călătorie lină. M-am oprit ori de câte ori am avut nevoie. Dar, vă rog, am nevoie de aer condiționat mai rece, mai ales în acest sezon. Vă mulțumesc mult pentru călătoria în siguranță.

Panha was lovely and very professional. His Car was nice an clean. Best driver we have had on our trip, we cannot wait to book him again on our next holiday to Cambodia.

For cross-border travel from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam, I originally booked two limousines for 14 people, max capacity of each at 8 pax. We were kindly offered a 19-seater private car/limousine which was visibly new and with captain seats, with no additional cost. We were over the moon! The travel was comfortable, the driver's assistant was accommodating and had transactional English. Our immigration procedures were smooth and fast in the VIP lane. The driver was a bit strict but maybe because we could not understand what he was saying as he could not speak English. They took us to our booked drop-off hotel but the hotel told us we were actually booked in another branch in the other block, though I already showed the driver's assistant enroute that this was the drop-off address was "this" and he confirmed. After explaining, we were brought to the final hotel address, without additional cost. The customer service assistant via Whastapp was very helpful, too!
