Transport in Phnom Penh

Our driver did a good job. He is a great driver for driving the bus smoothly for 7 hrs. Also, the bus attendant did a good job assisting us with the immigration going inside Cambodia border. We will recommend this to our friends and family! Thank you to Phuong Heng. 😁

Auch wenn 6 Stunden eine Tortur sind, konnte ich sehen, wie die Kambodschaner leben und wie einfach die Dinge sind. Ich liebe es trotzdem. Fahrer Staya kam 30 Minuten früher. Das hat mir gefallen. Ich habe meine Reise früh begonnen, eine reibungslose Fahrt. Ich konnte anhalten, wann immer ich wollte. Aber bitte, ich brauche eine kühlere Klimaanlage, besonders in dieser Jahreszeit. Panha was lovely and very professional. His Car was nice an clean. Best driver we have had on our trip, we cannot wait to book him again on our next holiday to Cambodia.

For cross-border travel from Phnom Penh, Cambodia to Ho Chi Minh (Saigon), Vietnam, I originally booked two limousines for 14 people, max capacity of each at 8 pax. We were kindly offered a 19-seater private car/limousine which was visibly new and with captain seats, with no additional cost. We were over the moon! The travel was comfortable, the driver's assistant was accommodating and had transactional English. Our immigration procedures were smooth and fast in the VIP lane. The driver was a bit strict but maybe because we could not understand what he was saying as he could not speak English. They took us to our booked drop-off hotel but the hotel told us we were actually booked in another branch in the other block, though I already showed the driver's assistant enroute that this was the drop-off address was "this" and he confirmed. After explaining, we were brought to the final hotel address, without additional cost. The customer service assistant via Whastapp was very helpful, too!
