at first it a little bit confusing since not all the staff can speak english. but me and my husband had a very great time doing the private session with SOSO our instructor (yes, her name is SOSO). she teach us patiently, not wasting any single second so we can slide down the easy long slope twice with her (then we do 2more times by our own confidently). (I think the grup session do less then ours) equipment: 4 out of 5 instructor: BEST. 1000 out of 5 experience: 5 out of 5 location: nearest ski resort from sapporo city (i guess) safety: the voucher is include insurance and the instructor really taking care of us. the resort it self also have proper safety things

The whole experience and process were smooth, hassle-free and wonderful. Once you paid for the booking, the wonderful, friendly and helpful team will reach out to you based on your preference of communication channels. They are a good of friendly, helpful and professional team. Esther and Lilian answered to our questions promptly and provided us all the information needed beforehand. A special shout out to Yun, our instructor for our session. She is very friendly and energetic, she constantly checking on us, asking for our feedbacks and peovide informative input while conducting the lesson. She is friendly, easy-going, patient, experienced and professional instructor. We had a great time with her and wonderful experience with Yun, Esther and Lilian. I highly recommend their service to anyone interested in learning Ski/Snowboarding from beginner to expert level. Definitely value for money! Great job to them!

It's quite convenient. This time we stayed at the Tokyu REI Hotel, and every morning at 8:15, a bus would come to pick us up at the hotel. While waiting inside the hotel entrance, a staff member would come in holding a sign and call out names. Just show the QR code to confirm the name and number of people, and you can get on the bus. The bus drives to a bus stop very close to the ski resort entrance, first going to Olympia and then Highlands. In the afternoon, it departs from Highlands at 4:00 PM and arrives at Olympia at 4:10 PM. The staff on the bus will introduce the bus number, so it's best to remember it to avoid getting on the wrong bus. When you arrive at Olympia, go to the ticket window and show the QR code along with the full name of the person who made the reservation, and you can get your ski pass.

The experience was a perfect 10! I learned to ski from not knowing anything about it. First, there was a 2-hour introductory session in the morning to learn the basic skiing techniques, followed by a 1-hour lunch break, and then a 2-hour session in the afternoon taking the cable car up and skiing down. The instructor taught very well; his name is Ah Xin. He taught me from scratch, helped me learn the basic techniques, identified my problems, and gave me advice. Thank you, Instructor Xin.

Coach A-Ben is truly professional and patient. Even though we kept falling on the slope after getting off the gondola, the coach patiently guided us all the way down. I really learned a lot in this lesson.

Had a great experience with Infinity City! Customer service was exceptional and the manager spoke english. Convenient location near Susukino, we had no issues finding it on Google maps. We rented the higher end snowboards and we were pleasantly surprised. Saved time and money by not having to go through the rental process on the hill. Highly recommended! Thanks again Infinity City!

Coach: CC coach is very patient, kind, and encouraging. I learned front-edge turns, heel-edge turns, and falling leaf maneuvers in no time. The explanation was very detailed! I felt very safe, and I got some great photos.

Very easy pick up and drop off service, comfortable bus ride and skilled driver. Pick up and drop off both on time. I would definitely book again.
