me and my partner have a best experience using this kiroro lift pass .where the pick up location is near to our hotel , the bus is on time .. we have a great experience in the resort . highly recommended to everyone 100%🥰.. im gonna miss Sapporo for sure !

The entire operation was very efficient, our pickup was at Susukino curbside and walking distance from our hotel near Nakajima park, despite it snowing, it was better walking early in the morning than going underground all the way to Sapporo station. But they think ahead and they have a north/south pickup. Bus left earlier 5-10mins because everyone was early!! We were in Kiroro very early than anyone!

very good experience! driver was extremely punctual and gave us clear idea of where the pick up was.

bus pick up early at Sapporo station. good resort. not all trail open when we visit
