Our suite was spectacular, featuring a private balcony and deep bathtub looking out at beautiful limestone formation.The onboard amenities are top-tier—we loved the outdoor pool and sunset drinks at the sky bar.Combined with incredible dining and a wonderfully attentive crew Jerry Kenny and the manager Kevin. This is the ultimate way to experience Ha Long Bay in pure luxury. Highly recommended!

Majoritatea croazierelor din Golful Halong pretind a fi de „5 stele”, dar foarte puține chiar se ridică la înălțimea așteptărilor. Aceasta chiar o face. Din momentul în care ne-am îmbarcat, totul a fost premium: designul croazierei, operațiunile fluide și atmosfera calmă, bine organizată. Croaziera s-a remarcat atât de mult încât oamenii din golf se opreau să-i facă fotografii. Personalul a fost excepțional de politicos, profesionist și atent, ceea ce a făcut întreaga experiență complet lipsită de stres. Mâncarea a fost excelentă, cu un bufet variat și mese bine pregătite pe tot parcursul călătoriei. Activitățile au fost bine planificate și plăcute. Am rezervat opțiunea de 2 zile / 1 noapte, dar după ce am experimentat croaziera, sincer îmi doresc să fi ales 3 zile / 2 nopți — atât de bună a fost. Mulțumiri speciale echipei pentru upgrade-ul suitei mele la o cameră premium, ceea ce a făcut șederea și mai memorabilă. Dacă doriți o croazieră care se ridică cu adevărat la eticheta de 5 stele, aceasta este alegerea. Recomand cu căldură. Cu drag din 🇦🇺

Amazing overall experience with only about 25 guests on the entire cruise with equal number of staff catering to our needs. Rooms are plush and modern while the entire ship is luxurious and spacious. Staff were amazing as well, very friendly and do a great job setting expeditions. We were always informed on dining, activities, etc which were all very good. Highly recommend this cruise it.

하롱베이는 무조건 1박2일 가야 합니다.크루즈도 럭셔리하고 인원도 많지 않아서 여유롭게 크루즈 이용할 수 있어서 좋았습니다.프로그랭도 좋았어요 송솟동굴도 좋고 티톱은 힘들어서 생략~~카약도 재미있고 석양을 바라보며 칵테일 한잔^^음식도 너무 훌륭했어요.

Amazing experience on the Catherine Cruise last week - still dreaming about it back home. Excellent staff throughout - Maddie the very responsive and responsible coordinator from the start to all the excellent crew members, including Van who was very attentive, considerate and professional, and Ashley the guide who kindly offered to take photos for us. The rooms and facilities were wonderful too. A pity we didnt have enough time to rest and relax, enjoy the beautiful scenery and breeze from the balcony, the bath or the very comfortable bed. Would have liked to book a 2 night stay - only the 1 night option was available on Klook. We spent less than 24hrs on the cruise as had to check out early in preparation for next batch of guests. It turned out to be too rushed, though we appreciated and enjoyed the excursions and activities organised. All in all, it was a great and memorable experience, and have highly recommended to my friends.

อ่านรีวิว ค่อนข้างกลัว ว่าจะไม่ได้เรือที่ถูกต้อง สรุปว่า ได้ Sea Stars cruise จริงๆ คนขับรถมารับที่โรงแรมในฮานอย และส่งกลับฮานอยอย่างไม่มีปัญหา ทุกการติดต่อทำผ่าน WhatsApp ในส่วนของเรือ บริการดีเยี่ยม หรูหรา นอนสบายขับนิ่ม แต่อาหารยังไม่หลากหลาย บางอย่างหมดไม่เติม อย่างเช่นกุ้ง ทั้งที่อยู่ในทะเล ถ้าอาหารเยอะจะให้เต็ม 5 ดาวเลย แอบพกน้ำพกเบียร์ใส่กระเป๋าเดินทางมาก็ดีนะ เพราะบนเรือแพงมากๆ

He was incredibly flexible and accommodative when we needed a last-minute change to our drop-off location. Once on board the Sea Stars cruise, the attentive and polite staff made us feel welcome and well-cared for throughout the journey. The boat's facilities were clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and pleasant environment. We enjoyed the visit to the pearl farm, where we learned about the pearl harvesting process. The impressive Sung Sot Cave lived up to its name with its stunning scale and formations. We enjoyed the breathtaking panoramic view from the top of Tip Top Island. It's worth noting that this spot can be overcrowded with lots of tourists, but the view is worth the visit. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to explore the beauty of Ha Long Bay in comfort and style.
