it was a good experience with a bath tub in the room. The food is generally ok and the staff is friendly and speck English. (Junior Suite Cabin) The ferry transfer to the MAIN Boat took another 45min without aircon. Just find it abit too long under the hot weather. For the rest is all good.

We had an absolutely amazing experience on this cruise and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ha Long Bay. The scenery was breathtaking, and every moment on board felt special. The food was delicious, the activities were fun and well organized, and we especially loved the kayaking experience. What truly made this trip exceptional was the outstanding service. From the very beginning, including the bus transfer, everything was perfectly organized. Our guide and driver were both wonderful, friendly, and professional, making the whole journey comfortable and enjoyable. A huge thank you to the entire team for their hospitality and care. From the first moments of the trip until the very end, everything was excellent. This was one of the highlights of our time in Vietnam, and we will remember it for a long time.

From the moment we stepped on board, everything felt thoughtfully curated — the intimate itinerary gave us time to actually enjoy each stop instead of feeling rushed, and the luxury touches throughout the cruise made it feel really special. What truly made it unforgettable was how the crew set up our room for our anniversary. It was such a sweet, personal gesture and made the celebration feel extra meaningful. The whole atmosphere — service, food, views, ambiance — was top-tier. Highly recommend Aspira to anyone looking for a more intimate, premium cruise experience. We enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back!

Excellent experience. Outstanding hospitality by the crew (Esp Robin who became our photographer as well). we were upgraded from Aspira to Azura(which is their newer boat)- shining clean & luxurious.

from pick up to drop off, everything went smoothly. we were greeted by the extremely friendly staff at the pier and waited in a small room for the boat to show up. once we got to our boat we had orientation in the dining room before our rooms were allocated to us. which our bags were already in. we went kayaking and swimming from the bow of the boat, we also took a bamboo boat into a beautiful area of ha long bay. dinner was ok, although the service was exceptional. big shout out to hieu for his pleasant nature and attentiveness to us throughout all 4 courses. check out was quicker than we thought and had to rush upstairs but our belongings were taken to the boat and we arrived back on dry land after a short 20-30 minute boat ride. Alex our tour guide was pleasant and helpful and handed out water and snacks to keep us busy.

Our overnight cruise with Aspira Cruise in Ha Long Bay was truly one of the best experiences we’ve had. The entire trip was incredibly relaxing, surrounded by the breathtaking limestone mountains and serene beauty of nature. Our room was amazing, featuring a private veranda and a huge picture window that gave us stunning views right from the bed. Speaking of which—the bed was super comfortable. The bathroom was also spacious with great water pressure, and we even enjoyed a relaxing soak in the bathtub. The food was excellent overall, though the beef steak was a bit tough despite having good flavor. The optional activities were well-organized and enjoyable. The only downside was the timing between breakfast and the buffet brunch—it felt too close together, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the latter.

We got upgraded to Azure Cruise and it was luxury at the peak. The staffs were very responsive and food absolutely the best we have had in a cruise ship. Definitely recommend it and it's worth every penny you spend.

Am rezervat Aspira și am fost "upgradați" la Azura - și permiteți-mi să vă spun, ne-a depășit așteptările! Totul a fost absolut uimitor - barca este impecabilă, camerele sunt luxoase, mâncarea a fost spectaculoasă, iar personalul depășește orice așteptare. The food here is so amazing. If you are in Vietnam, Aspira is the must try. Nancy is so helpful, very friendly and always welcoming… I really love and enjoy the dinner set menu which is totally a must try.
