- Istorie și Cultură: Aflați despre fundalul fascinant al cafelei vietnameze și rolul său în viața de zi cu zi.
- Tehnici de preparare: Stăpâniți metoda tradițională de preparare phin, împreună cu stiluri vietnameze populare precum Cafeaua cu Ou, Cafeaua cu Sare și Cafeaua cu Nucă de Cocos.
- Experiență de degustare: Preparați și savurați patru băuturi de cafea semnate, făcute cu propriile mâini.
La ce să vă așteptați
Pătrundeți în inima culturii cafelei vietnameze cu atelierul nostru imersiv de 1,5 ore. Nu este vorba doar despre prepararea cafelei – este vorba despre înțelegerea poveștilor, tradițiilor și pasiunii din spatele fiecărei cești. Cursurile noastre intime (maximum 8 persoane) asigură atenție personală din partea instructorilor noștri experți, care împărtășesc nu doar tehnici, ci și semnificația culturală a fiecărei băuturi.
Ce să vă așteptați în timpul cursului de 1,5 ore 1/Bun venit și istoria cafelei (15 min) 2/Preparare practică (60 min) 3/Degustare și asocieri (15 min) 4/Întrebări și răspunsuri și fișe de rețete (15 min)

Lana has been a very good instructor. Even giving us tips not just for coffee making. We booked an 8am class so it was just us and felt like an exclusive class for us. Everything tasted so good we hope to make it at home too.
honestly had such an amazing experience ! Daisy was our instructor and she was super knowledgeable, fun and EXTREMELY accommodating - she hand delivered some merchandise we purchased which was so considerate and unexpected! the workshop itself was super fun an educational, we learnt a lot about the Vietnamese coffee culture and the coffee demonstrations were easy to follow! would highly recommend :)

Such a fun and memorable experience in Da Nang! ☕️ Loved learning about Vietnamese coffee and making different types of coffee myself. The instructor (Hubb) was really friendly, patient and made the whole experience enjoyable. A great activity for solo travellers and coffee lovers. Highly recommend!
Booked this coffee class through Klook, and got lucky since there were only us two students, so it felt very personal. Our instructor, High Energy, was incredibly warm, attentive, and knowledgeable. She taught us how to make four different Vietnamese coffees while sharing the history and story behind each recipe, along with the ingredients that make them unique. We also received copies of all the recipes at the end, which was a nice touch. The class took about 1 to 1.5 hours and was a lot of fun. They also have a shop where you can buy phins, coffee beans, and other coffee merchandise. I was looking for a phin and was happy to find one there. Overall, a fantastic experience that I’d definitely recommend to anyone visiting Da Nang.
We had so much fun learning to make Voetbamese coffee! Our instructor was very clear with her instructions, and we managed to make four different types of coffee under her guidance. Personally we love the Salt Coffee most - I will definitely be trying to recreate it at home with the recipe!
Daisy was kind, funny and a great teacher! I can't wait to go home and practise making Vietnamese coffee with the filter I bought. If you are someone who loves food, culture, slow living and a sensory experience, you'll enjoy this workshop. ❤️🥰
it was a wonderful experience with Lana! she is very nice, kind and helpful. she explained everything every well and detailed. i took 8am class and i was the only participant at that time, thia managed to bad one-to-one class with her.
