O passeio foi INCRÍVEL!! O Cito, o guia turístico, era muito experiente, paciente, conhecedor e, acima de tudo, amigável. Minha esposa e eu não ficamos desapontados. Esperamos fazer o passeio novamente no futuro. 😁👍

There was a complete lack of guidance at the meeting point; no one said anything like, "I'm checking participants for this tour!" When I inquired at the tour desk, they gave me a sticker to wear on my chest (which they didn't give to anyone else). The bus arrived about 10 minutes after the scheduled meeting time. I was anxious until we departed and they announced we were going to Key West, so those who are not at all comfortable with English might want to be prepared. The tour itself was good, but the tour details didn't mention stopping at a small cafe for breakfast along the way, which would have been helpful to know in advance.
