Ishigaki Island snorkeling

Experiência: Se for a primeira vez em Ishigaki e tiver mais tempo para fazer outro mergulho com snorkel, eu recomendaria. Primeiro, você fará snorkel perto da Ilha Taketomi. Infelizmente, a visibilidade naquele dia estava baixa, então não conseguimos ver claramente os corais e peixes da superfície da água. Felizmente, a líder Chloe mergulhou e tirou fotos mais nítidas, e encontrou o Limo! Esta atividade dura cerca de 45 minutos, e depois você irá para a Ilha dos Sonhos. Você desembarcará para apreciar/fotografar de perto por cerca de 30 minutos antes de retornar. A viagem total dura cerca de 3 horas.

Foi uma experiência indescritivelmente incrível! Nosso guia era muito tranquilo e falava um ótimo inglês. O preço foi muito razoável, mas as memórias são absolutamente inestimáveis. Eu recomendo muito isso para quem ainda está hesitante!

Dirigimos por cerca de 30 minutos até um ponto de snorkel no norte e fizemos snorkel lá. Choveu pela manhã, mas quando nos encontramos a chuva parou, então não houve problemas para fazer snorkel. Mesmo com a chuva, o mar estava claro e foi divertido. O guia que nos acompanhou foi muito gentil e, quando disse que estava muito cansado para participar à tarde, ele lamentou muito, pois a Ilha Fantástica é um lugar difícil de ir, mas era possível. Fiquei muito grato por isso. Foi divertido, obrigado.

Natsune e Haruka foram incríveis! Super simpáticas e garantiram que todos no passeio fossem bem cuidados! As crianças adoraram a sua primeira experiência de snorkel! Vimos três tartarugas marinhas! Instrutor: profissional e simpático. Equipamento: tudo preparado! Só precisávamos levar a nós mesmos, água e toalhas!

Inesperadamente, esta foi a melhor excursão de meio dia que encontrei em todo o Sudeste Asiático. A água estava cristalina, vimos muitos corais e peixes, e o tempo de meio dia foi perfeito. O guia era simpático e até nos levou de volta ao hotel. É altamente recomendável.

Even those who can't swim can confidently participate in this activity. It's natural to feel a bit nervous the first time, but Mr. Kobayashi patiently explained each step and safety measure, which put us at ease. Mr. Kobayashi, the diver, and the boat driver were all very friendly. When entering the water, you might feel a slight ringing in your ears (this varies from person to person), but it doesn't affect the activity. Once you're in the ocean, it's like entering a new world, and any initial nervousness disappears! The weather on the day we participated was cloudy, but even so, we still encountered beautiful schools of fish underwater. We spent about 20-25 minutes in the water. The diver will help take great photos! Your neck and head will mostly stay out of the water, so even if you're wearing makeup, you can participate with confidence! Highly recommended! 👍🏻

This trip was incredibly enriching! The group had several crew members assigned to different smaller groups, which made even those of us who can't swim feel completely safe and comfortable. A special thanks to Akari, our snorkeling guide, for her meticulous care and for giving us an amazing snorkeling experience! These were truly the most stunning coral reefs I've ever seen, so close it felt like deep-sea diving! She also took so many beautiful photos for us; I highly recommend her! The morning kayaking scenery was also incredibly beautiful (it would have been even more perfect with more mangrove views). Our guide, Shuto, was equally enthusiastic about capturing everyone's wonderful moments, leaving us with great memories! Finally, Phantom Island Beach is definitely a must-visit spot; the 'jellyfish sea' there is absolutely dreamy!

I visited Ishigaki Island again. Last time, due to a typhoon, our snorkeling trip was changed to kayaking. This time, I signed up for both activities. Kayaking was still a lot of fun; being among the mangroves felt very therapeutic. The only minor downside was that too many people were doing/starting the activity at the same time. This was my first time snorkeling in Ishigaki, and the water was incredibly clear. I saw many fish unique to Ishigaki Island, and I even encountered a sea turtle! I felt very lucky! However, a small incident occurred during the trip. I won't go into details, but I want to commend our guide, Isa, for her quick thinking, which allowed the rest of the group (including me) to continue the tour with another leader! Although I didn't get many memorable photos, I would definitely recommend this to friends visiting Ishigaki!

Best tour on the island! Highly recommended! We booked a full-day tour (morning SUP, afternoon boat snorkelling) with two different guides. We were able to communicate well in English without any problems, and the small group size (6–7 people per guide) ensured everyone was well looked after. The itinerary was very convenient. The guide drove us to the pier for lunch between sessions. Note that morning group mates may change for the afternoon since some only join for half-day tours. As the only full-day participants, we skipped showers after SUP since we didn't fall in and went straight to lunch. An unexpected highlight was the photography. The guides took fantastic candid shots while we paddled. Despite starting at 9:00 AM, we received all photos by 10:00–11:00 PM the same day. Extremely prompt service! An incredible experience overall.
