The place is very clean and the staff are extremely friendly. It wasn't crowded during the Double Ninth Festival holiday, and the animals were very enthusiastic about being fed. We went out for a meal midway and were able to re-enter using a hand stamp. The kids had a wonderful time and were reluctant to leave. Additionally, the shopping mall has plenty of beauty, massage, and hair salons, so parents can take turns taking a little break!

The food was both edible and delicious. I liked the variety of flavors, and importantly, the hot tea was very good. The staff had great makeup and attire, were attentive, and some could communicate in English. The show was good, but I recommend getting VIP seats if you want to take content for social media. If you just want to sit, eat, and enjoy the atmosphere like I did, standard seats are fine. I was impressed with the service. The location is easy to find; I called an Uber and it took me right there. At first, I thought I was going to get lost.

Four hours was just enough time to enjoy everything. The experience wasn't overly thrilling, but it was quite suitable for a family outing. Booking through Klook was convenient: if you have five families, you can pay on-site. However, for a single booking, Klook is better. The non-slip socks cost $10, but you can skip buying them if you bring your own. Each game doesn't last more than 8 minutes, which is reasonable. There are various activities to suit different people. The facilities are quite new, and the VR experience was decent.

O ponto alto foi o nosso almoço privado no Crowne Plaza: dim sum excelente, vista incrível e foi muito divertido conversar com a Loe e saber mais sobre Shenzhen. Em retrospectiva, não ter conseguido experimentar o almoço entregue por drone provavelmente foi um mal que veio para o bem! O táxi sem motorista foi outra experiência reveladora. Poderia ter sido uma corrida mais longa, mas escolhemos um destino próximo, então a culpa é nossa 😄 O tour é um pouco caro, mas para nós valeu a pena. Levei meus pais (meu pai é apaixonado por eletrônicos!) e deu para perceber que ele realmente se divertiu. Mesmo já tendo visitado Shenzhen várias vezes, saí com uma compreensão muito melhor da cidade e, melhor ainda, com uma nova amiga! Fizemos o tour em mandarim, mas a Loe também fala inglês fluentemente. Com certeza estaríamos abertos a fazer mais passeios com a Loe!
