It was our best decision to book a hotel room in Macau Hotel S! This hotel is highly recommended. The place is very clean, smells good, spacious, with new and high tech amenities, and the location is very near the Senado Square and Ruins of St. Paul. The neighborhood has a lot of stores and restaurants nearby. The view from the window is the nice park and a nice sea view. At night, we can see the city lights. cleanliness:10/10 transport access:10/10 hotel location:10/10

The room was a bit old, but the facilities were complete, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing for a late checkout. The hotel is very large, and the signage was insufficient; we had to navigate many turns to reach the Eiffel Tower entrance. The Water Park and Qube were a lot of fun, with plenty of staff who were very willing to help, and the children had a blast.

the accomodation was so nice its really giving a 100. Also the staffs. we arrive ealry and they let us to check in early and of course the bed its a 100. cleanliness: 100 hotel location:9/10 transport access:100 service:100

After looking at many hotels for several days, I finally decided to book two nights here, and I'm so satisfied! I'm so pleased that I feel lucky to have chosen this hotel, and I hope my next stay will be just as good. Many of the staff I interacted with are still Macanese, speaking Cantonese, and they are polite and sincere. The management behind the scenes is also excellent. Both the interior and exterior design of the rooms are beautiful, and great care has been taken in selecting the bedding, teacups, furniture, toiletries, and more. There's a water dispenser, which is very eco-friendly and convenient, and there's even soft music playing in the hallways. On the first night, the sheets felt a bit scratchy, but the front desk was more concerned about it than I was, and the second night was very comfortable. If I had to be picky, only having black tea available might be a bit strong. Also, on the balcony, you might hear guests from the next room loudly playing sharp audio or video in Mandarin. Sound travels in the hallway; one night around 11 PM, there was a group shouting in Cantonese for about twenty minutes. Additionally, I hope that when booking, there will be a clear option to select a "non-smoking room."

Hotel location: Great. Transportation convenience: Great. Service: 100 points. Cleanliness: Very clean, full marks. Breakfast: Average, not enough pictures shown on the page to share much about the breakfast, but it's enough to fill you up. However, next time I will eat other special food outside, such as Cha Chaan Teng, toast, etc.

This hotel's location and transportation are very convenient. There's a light rail station nearby with direct access to the hotel, and across from the airport, you can go down one level to find the hotel's shuttle service that takes you to various entertainment venues. The hotel staff are very friendly, and the room environment is clean and comfortable, with views of the airport tarmac. Overall, I'm very satisfied, and I'll choose this hotel again on my next visit to Macau. 😃👍🏻

Our two-day, one-night Anson Lo concert trip started with check-in at 3 PM, but we arrived at 1 PM. We were able to drop off our luggage first, then headed to the Grand Resort Deck at Galaxy Macau to play until 5 PM before returning to get our room. Just the wave pool and lazy river alone kept us entertained for most of the afternoon, so the timing was perfect. Once we got back, we could shower, change, and then head out to the concert at The Londoner. We grabbed a quick bite at The Londoner before the show. We saved room for later, and after the concert, we returned to Broadway Food Street, where some shops were still open. We went to Cheong Chau Lam Kei for their famous crab congee, stir-fried goose intestines (absolutely delicious!), and added steamed loofah with garlic, plus two ice-cold beers (the bottles were actually frosty on the outside). Then, we went straight back to our room, feeling incredibly happy. We didn't book breakfast for the next morning because we knew there were plenty of food options at the food street downstairs. The best part was that the famous Cheok Sin Kei was also there. At their other branches, you usually have to wait in line for a long time to eat, but perhaps because it was raining, we didn't have to wait long and got to enjoy it fresh. The Portuguese egg tart had a crispy crust, a soft interior, and a fragrant egg flavor. We also had chocolate waffles, and the two of us were already full from breakfast. After checking out, we went for another round at the Grand Resort Deck. After playing, we had dinner at Galaxy Macau before heading back to Hong Kong. The whole trip was incredibly chill.

Great hotel! The room was spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The bed was huge and soft, and I had a really good night’s sleep. The bathroom was also beautiful and even had a bathtub. The price was also quite reasonable, especially compared to other hotels nearby. There’s even a LINE FRIENDS-themed restaurant, and the lobby has lots of cute LINE FRIENDS designs too. The service was excellent across the board — from the front desk and lobby staff to housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful. If I had to mention one downside, it would probably be that the air conditioning wasn’t quite cold enough during summer 😂

Had a lovely stay at Grand Dragon Hotel Macao! The room was spacious, clean, and super comfortable after a long day of exploring. The location was also really convenient for getting around Macao, with plenty of places nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Macao would definitely recommend! ✨
