We loved everything there. Cleanliness, designed and all amenities and even the plate and cups are diligent. We specially thanks to the dept desk Eric So, who is fluent is English and Chinese. Shows his understanding, great listening and always tries his best to answer our questions and accommodate our requests. He is awesome and turns on the great experience from start till end of our only one night stay there! Definitely recommended and don’t forget they provide good shuttle services and excellent breakfast buffet!

Excellent service all around. Inroom dining accommodated our alterations to allow for food allergies. Great variety of food at Hawker Hawker. Best hotel bathroom I’ve ever used

Fantastic stay. Asked for connecting room and was given. Staff are friendly and helpful. Convenient location and amenities are within the hotel and mall. Went for the dinner buffet which has a one for one offer and so it is definitely worth it. Highly recommended.

Clean room, spacious but wished there were more tabletop space for putting items. Housekeeping staff tidied room well and responded to requests rarher quickly. Comnected to mall, so it was easy to get food and other necessities from watsons/mannings.
