ease of booking on klook. facilities were clean. staff were friendly. my 4 yo daughter had the most fun trying out all the different professions. my daughter gets to earn her own kidzcash and spend it later in the day. there were shows and lots of eateries too. really enjoyed our experience there. we are already planning our next visit too😜

The staff at BMC Mall were very helpful and kept arranging the toys to ensure the items were well organised. Price: We went during the weekdays, it was only RM25, with adults (need to purchase at the physical counter RM10)RM10 at the physical counter) hence there.

It was fine to make a reservation even after we arrived. The receptionist explained everything thoroughly. My three children played to their hearts' content for three hours, but it was so hot! The discount from 55 RM to 45 RM was a great deal.

Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

I'm happy to buy admission tickets through Klook. It's an attractive, clean, and comfortable place, even though it doesn't have many rides.

O circuito júnior parece muito fácil para os adultos, mas na verdade foi muito exigente física e corajosamente para as crianças. Minha sobrinha de 7 anos queria experimentar, mas quando ela passou pelo primeiro desafio, já queria desistir. Eu disse à equipe para deixá-la ir até o fim, para não deixá-la desistir no meio do caminho. Minha sobrinha continuou a jornada. Na metade do caminho, ela já queria chorar, estava com medo de cair, mas na verdade era muito seguro, mesmo que ela caísse da corda, ela ainda estaria segura, não cairia do circuito. A equipe pode usar as escadas para alcançar as crianças, porque a altura não é realmente alta, mas as crianças ainda têm medo. E ela estava cansada e com a energia esgotada porque era a primeira vez que passava por um desafio tão difícil. Ela acabou completando o circuito, mas disse que não queria voltar. No final do desafio, ela não estava feliz e não conseguia mais sorrir. HAHAHAHAHHA

My boys absolutely loved this, such a fun experience for them. the teacher was brilliant, highly recommend!
