ease of booking on klook. facilities were clean. staff were friendly. my 4 yo daughter had the most fun trying out all the different professions. my daughter gets to earn her own kidzcash and spend it later in the day. there were shows and lots of eateries too. really enjoyed our experience there. we are already planning our next visit too😜

The staff at BMC Mall were very helpful and kept arranging the toys to ensure the items were well organised. Price: We went during the weekdays, it was only RM25, with adults (need to purchase at the physical counter RM10)RM10 at the physical counter) hence there.

It was fine to make a reservation even after we arrived. The receptionist explained everything thoroughly. My three children played to their hearts' content for three hours, but it was so hot! The discount from 55 RM to 45 RM was a great deal.

There are many adorable animals in the park that you can interact with up close. For example, there are two lambs that roam freely. If you stop petting them, they will gently nudge you with their small horns, indicating they want you to continue. However, it's a bit sad that only one capybara remains from what used to be three. Visiting here evokes mixed feelings: on one hand, I really want to get close to the animals, but on the other, I feel sorry for them, as they are brought here by humans to live in an artificial environment without even the chance to bask in the sun. Overall, I recommend arriving around 10:30 AM. After exploring for a while, you can head downstairs to the mall for lunch. After your meal, you can use your hand stamp to re-enter the park and continue your visit. It's a relaxing and fulfilling half-day outing.

Oli mukava ostaa pääsyliput Klookin kautta... paikka on mielenkiintoinen, puhdas ja mukava, vaikka siellä ei olekaan paljon pelejä.

Juniorirata näyttää aikuisille erittäin helpolta, mutta se oli lapsille itse asiassa fyysisesti ja rohkeutta vaativa. 7-vuotias veljentyttäreni halusi kokeilla sitä, mutta kun hän oli juuri selvittänyt ensimmäisen haasteen, hän halusi jo lopettaa. Pyysin henkilökuntaa antamaan hänen kävellä loppuun asti, enkä antamaan hänen luovuttaa puolivälissä. Veljentyttäreni jatkoi matkaa. Puolivälissä hän halusi jo itkeä, hän pelkäsi putoavansa, mutta se oli itse asiassa erittäin turvallista; vaikka hän putoaisi köydeltä, hän olisi silti turvassa, hän ei putoaisi radalta. Henkilökunta voi itse asiassa käyttää portaita päästäkseen lasten luo, koska korkeus ei ole todellakaan suuri, mutta lapset ovat silti peloissaan. Ja hän oli väsynyt ja voimat loppuivat, koska se oli hänen ensimmäinen kerta, kun hän kävi läpi niin vaikean haasteen. Hän suoritti radan loppuun, mutta sanoi, ettei halua tulla uudelleen. My boys absolutely loved this, such a fun experience for them. the teacher was brilliant, highly recommend!
