Embora a viagem de carro tenha sido longa e acidentada, o guia Qiang Qiang foi realmente incrível por nos levar para caminhar e escalar montanhas por dois dias, além de dirigir por várias horas para nos levar de volta a Taipei! A dificuldade da caminhada não é alta, e para iniciantes que gostam de explorar a natureza, este itinerário é muito amigável. Embora não tenhamos visto muitas cerejeiras em plena floração, a paisagem ao longo do caminho valeu a pena ser lembrada. Imerso nas montanhas que cercam Smangus, o vilarejo da tribo Atayal, localizado nas montanhas profundas, tem sua própria cultura e modo de vida, uma pureza e tranquilidade que não se vê na cidade. Fiquei impressionado com as crianças da Escola Primária Xinguang andando de bicicleta nas pequenas estradas. A avó da pousada Yayu nos tratou como se fôssemos seus próprios netos, sempre nos lembrando que fazia muito frio na montanha e que deveríamos comer bem, e ela ativamente nos servia mais comida. Essa hospitalidade nos fez sentir aquecidos. É um itinerário que eu gostaria de repetir, e vale a pena recomendar!

Experiência de dia incrível na Vila Smangus e caminhada na floresta. Vimos algumas cerejeiras e paisagens naturais deslumbrantes. Nosso motorista, Chen Wei, foi incrível e muito simpático. Também gostei muito do trajeto de ida e volta, pois era montanhoso e cheio de curvas.

There are many car models to choose from, but there's only one staff member, so you might need a little patience when it's busy. Although they check the car before you take it, ours ran out of battery after just two minutes. 😂 The staff member helped us switch to another car and restarted the timer. Besides the plaza below, you can also drive up to the plaza in front of the library, which is great for kids to experience driving. Some car models even allow adults to ride along (though my dad said his knees were exploding with pain, only my short mom could squeeze in). Overall, the experience was pretty good, so why only four stars? Mainly because of the price. It's a bit higher than similar services elsewhere, and the green car actually doesn't run for 30 minutes; some of the faster ones only last about 25 minutes.

When I proactively reached out, the customer service representative not only failed to actively investigate but also shirked responsibility, even fabricating illogical technical excuses like "you didn't receive subsequent messages because a previous message was canceled." Even if I didn't receive it, couldn't they have called me? I even called the main store myself, and they said they would confirm and get back to me, but they never did. Instead, they kept sending payment reminder messages. In the end, they didn't even apologize. Their handling of the situation was infuriating and disrespectful. If I hadn't already paid the deposit, I would have definitely asked for a refund and not gone! [On-site Experience: 4/5] The overall experience was smooth. Although the instructors were a bit aloof, it was generally okay. However, if a movement wasn't done correctly, they only gave verbal reminders and didn't offer immediate assistance, so I wasn't sure who they were talking to. In fact, another group of customers helped me. The crafting process was fun and simple, and there were even snacks provided afterward. The indoor area had a lot of dust, which allergy sufferers should be aware of. [After-sales Service: 5/5] Later, I discovered that due to the ring's design, the finished ring size would be a bit large. It could be resized for free within 7 days, and the on-site staff were professional and friendly.

Buying tickets is convenient and a bit cheaper than at the gate. Although the zoo isn't huge, it's perfect for bringing children to explore.
