Gostaria de agradecer enormemente ao nosso guia Diki, ele foi muito atencioso e fácil de comunicar. Ele é bom em tirar fotos e vídeos. Um guia muito alegre. A viagem foi tranquila e aproveitamos cada momento! Recomendo muito tentar esta experiência, muitos peixes e criaturas marinhas. Conseguimos pescar e aproveitar a bela brisa do oceano no Keelong. Sugiro que você peça pessoalmente pelo Diki como seu guia turístico ao confirmar sua reserva, ele é sinceramente o melhor!

i feel it is value for money, it feels like I’m on a cruise. free flow of drinks, and a lot of food available. the buffet lunch is the highlight. even though it’s a buffet, but the plating and quality are great. It is also great to be able to have golf, archery lessons, free access sports…etc. the service is also great. cons is that we will not be able to enjoy those that require booking the day before, such as yoga. some other challenges for day pass user are: you will need to bring various clothes and foot wear, and will also be sweaty towards the end of day (i don’t know if there r any locker or shower facilities). that said, i still feel it is a good “day trip” for those who want to venture out and not stay in hotel for the whole trip.

This is my third time snorkeling in Bintan. It was the first time I received a message from you before the pickup time, and you even sent a message saying you'd arrive in a few minutes! This allowed me to prepare at ease :) The snorkeling was great, and the coffee, water, and ramen were also good, which was a nice touch, haha. I'll definitely use your service again next time I visit! The driver was the best! He drove well, and I really appreciated that he provided explanations without making me feel pressured!

Exploring Tanjung Pinang gave us the chance to experience local life and gain a deeper understanding of the island's culture. The transportation was comfortable and convenient, and our driver was friendly, professional, and always punctual. He made the entire trip enjoyable from start to finish. We highly recommend this day trip to anyone looking to experience the essence of Bintan Island in a single day. It perfectly combines beautiful landscapes, cultural landmarks, and excellent service, offering incredible value for money!
