Had Mas Riski as our driver and guide. He was honestly the best, providing good details and taking great pictures!!. The accommodation provided by SibayakExplore was good and adequate. The itinerary was well-planned, and the weather cooperated with us at the time. All in all 5 stars!!

This is an excellent tour. As a backpacker I booked fairly last-minute, but the team was very quick to get in touch with me via WhatsApp, check details, introduce the driver and send me a full itinerary. Daniel, my driver and guide was great, he speaks excellent English and was knowledgeable about the places we went to - and was really fun to chat with across the 3 days. I thought this was excellent value for money as the hotels they provide for rooms each night are fantastic spots. The locations we went to are all really good. I just wish I could have spent more time at each one, (But to do that something would have to be dropped or do an extra day). Daniel was great at taking photos, I got plenty, and it's just nice to have someone translate for you on the journey. Would absolutely recommend to anyone to come on this tour, especially if your time on Sumatra is limited.

we are very happy w the 3D2N booking with Klook. Our driver & guide Pak Alamsyah is a very careful driver & he speaks good English. We requested for The Jesus Christ statue visit (not in the itinerary) & he took us there. Paid 150k for one car entrance fee. A must to visit. Hopefully Klook can include in their itinerary. Our ferry to Samosir Island was delayed, so by the time we reached the batak village it was already pitch dark. The muesum was closed. Pak Alamsyah managed to get a a family to open their hse for us to visit. Grateful.

This the best tours that I had. Before going, Edi contact me to give me the best itinerary and help to make me understand the places that I was going. Christoper my driver in Medan is very good to us. If the place is nice, he will recommend us to go down. At the end of the tours we feel sad to leave him. Such a good service from both of them.

It was truly an amazing experience with Sibayak explore. Special thanks to Pak Edi prompt arrangement and Pak Agus wonderful tour. Our tour guide and driver Pak Agus is such a fun and experienced guide. He brought us to all the important landmarks and even spectacular viewpoints along with great hidden gems with delicious food. Its a truly local experience. The journey is so smooth and Pak Agus driving skill is really top notch which make a lot of places doesn’t feel far although its like hours away! On our last day we are not able to finish much on our tour due to our tight flight schedule, however Pak Agus is able to manage nicely to ensure we get to go to the important landmarks within the 2 days before our flight back home. We also managed take our flight on time thanks to Pak Agus timely arrangement. Thank you again Pak Agus. Will come back to visit other places in Sumatra with you again if got the chance! Don’t think twice, just go for the tour.

É raro encontrar um tour privado com uma relação custo-benefício tão alta. O motorista Ucen desempenhou o papel de motorista, guia turístico e fotógrafo, e realmente nos serviu com dedicação. Ele é simplesmente um super-homem, capaz de organizar o itinerário do dia de forma flexível de acordo com nossas preferências e tempo. Quanto a nós, turistas, nesses três dias, só precisamos aproveitar a comida e as belas paisagens! Em relação à hospedagem, preciso mencionar o Sr. Edi; o hotel em Berastagi me surpreendeu. Em suma, esta é uma viagem com excelente custo-benefício, e é muito difícil oferecer um serviço de tão alta qualidade em um ambiente de infraestrutura relativamente precária na Indonésia. Sou muito grato aos dois senhores por me proporcionarem memórias inesquecíveis!

Estivemos com Ervin (um ótimo motorista/guia), apesar de ele ter acabado de começar a aprender a falar inglês. O itinerário foi bem equilibrado e o durian Ucok é realmente bom. A acomodação também foi boa. Faça o passeio de 5 dias e 4 noites para uma experiência completa. No geral, uma experiência maravilhosa com esta empresa de viagens. 🙂👍🏻

Recomendo 1000%, foram três dias incríveis, é uma excursão obrigatória quando você estiver em Medan. Somos dois rapazes franceses, os locais são muito acolhedores e muitas vezes se divertem muito ao nos ver 😂 vale tanto a pena quanto a visita à selva para ver os Orangotangos, é uma pena que o Lago Toba seja pouco visitado por turistas, e isso é um erro. Um grande obrigado ao nosso guia Santo, ele é realmente muito adorável e prestativo, ele dedica tempo e se adapta a nós. Muito obrigado. Além disso, ficamos em hotéis de luxo, um bônus! O motorista foi muito entusiasta e profissional. Além do itinerário planejado, ele nos levou, a nosso pedido, a uma torrefação de café artesanal para provar o café de Sumatra. Ele também parou no caminho para que meu amigo, que adora durian, pudesse se deliciar, e nos levou a um salão de massagem e beleza familiar. Toda a viagem foi relaxante e natural. Embora o motorista não fosse de conversar muito, ele sempre nos deu atenção e assistência discretas, o que nos fez sentir muito acolhidos.
