It was a compact 4D tour . Rizky our tour guide was very good in terms of driving experience, responsible and skillful as roads here are pretty challenging. We covered many areas,even those not listed in the itinerary. very thankful for that. Maybe your agency could provide another option where guests could choose own preferred hotels to suit our needs .

O guia, Sr. Agus, e o Coordenador, Edi, foram muito prestativos e atenciosos durante toda a viagem. A acomodação organizada pela agência também foi fantástica! Agus nos levou para todos os lugares interessantes e bons cafés e restaurantes. Ele também foi muito informativo e divertido. Ele sempre se certificou de que estávamos seguros. Motorista gentil e amigável. As atrações são muito agradáveis e o clima é fresco e reconfortante, especialmente as da ilha de Samosir e Brestagi.

Overall, the tour was good and we had an enjoyable experience. We understand that driving conditions in Medan can be quite challenging, so we were glad to have a safe & reliable driver (Erwin) throughout the trip. itinerary: it may be worth considering spending more time at Samosir Island, as there is generally more to see and experience there compared to Medan city itself. The driver was friendly and helpful, but it would have been even better if he could proactively share more info about the attractions, scenery and local culture instead of waiting for us to ask. accomodation: For the hotels included in the package, it would be good if we could view room photos before the trip and have the option to pay for upgrades if preferred. It would also be good to seek guests' room preferences, such as non-smoking rooms, in advance. Overall, the tour was enjoyable, with some areas that could be improved to enhance the guest experience further.
