Amazing

Probably one of the best week of my life, everything about this resort is perfect and the staff is soooo nice and helpful. I will come back soon and recommend everyone to plan a stay here.

This property and its staff at every level were outstanding. I can highly recommend anyone to stay at this property. It’s very safe. Villas with a private pool is outstanding. All the employees did everything to anticipate your needs and always knew you by name

Everything was absolutely amazing! The attention to detail and service were outstanding!

The ocean view 2 BR villa was large, particularly the master bathroom. Seating area indoors was nice, but the outdoor area was amazing - loved the pool with several seating options in the water, a full sided table and chairs, outdoor shower (though temp not adjustable), hammock, lounge chairs, small tall-top table with chairs perfect for watching sunrise, and couch. Ocean view was only partial and about 3 rows of villas back from cliff edge, but still could see ocean, but not hear it. Occasionally saw monkeys having fun, but never bothered by them. Kids room and bathroom was also good size and very clean. Hats and bags were nice touch as resort gift. Breakfast was quite generous with very good variety on the buffet and entree menu. Menu for kids changed daily and my little one particularly enjoyed the unexpected presentation of the red velvet pancake. So many buffet options, might not have needed a menu for ordering. Used a cabana one day - great service, nice shade, an outdoor bathtub. if rough surf, can't do beach activities like catamaran or kayak, but other days was able to. Would not recommend rijsttafel dinner. We also booked a private boat for snorkeling thru hotel, but would recommend self booking thru Bluu as the boat we were booked on was in poor condition, though staff were nice.

Excellent experience overall. The room is huge and spotlessly clean. You can enjoy nice ocean views right from the pool area — and the pool itself is much larger and more impressive than it appears in the photos. Buggy cars are available anytime, making it easy to get around. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful. Samabe has its own private beach with a convenient lift for easy access. That said, before booking, consider your main purpose for the trip. This resort is perfect for a relaxing staycation or sightseeing focused on the property and ocean views. If you’re hoping to explore traditional Balinese food, vibrant bars, lively nightlife, or top-tier spas, I’d recommend staying in Canggu or Ubud instead.

Absolutely fantastic place- a boutique resort, so smaller but we did not miss anything including food variety compared to any large place during our 8-day stay. The facilities were pristine, quality of food and service exceptional and they had so many amenities like regular laundry services and a in-room massage session complimentary with all-inclusive package. That was such a pleasant surprise! They also arranged transport and a local show in as a complimentary perk. Organization and service was wonderful. E-butler services was one of the best. They had room ready for us hours ahead for check in- which was so appreciated as we flew over 30hrs to get there. Checkout was seamless. Can’t say enough about the staff and their hospitality!
