Nice place for hitting while you in town

Simple & Clean

Location is perfect for my trip. However, the hotel is a little rundown, plumbing left a lot to be desired, and breakfast was late (cafe was supposed to serve at 6am, but full service was only after 6:30am)

Dirty linen otherwise ok

Florence is a 5 star staff. She help to book our taxi even when we are not in the hotel. We are not worried if we are anyway in town or time about going back to hotel.

My experience was pleasant. Close to Blok M and shopping. Convenient and clean

I stayed here for only 1 night in late june 2017, and it was really surprising that this hotel is not up to my or any standard of a good hotel. I rarely stayed at 5 stars hotel, so i dont have a high standard to begin with, but theres not much good things i can say about this hotel except for its location, which is near the mall, and rather friendly front desk service. The hotel seems dead as in u cant find anyone around, the wifi is very poor consider its location, the room is quite small and not very clean, and no window as well. For the breakfast, they sent it to my room, maybe bcs they think theres no use to cook so much food for buffet when theres only 2 or 3 occupants, but the food is quite okay. Overall, i probably wont stay here again, and will look for other hotels nearby with the same price but with better overall experience, which is too bad because this hotel actually has a lot of potential to become a great hotel if they have proper management.

it was good. I think the lobby need to be renovated. The carpet was dirty and old. Doesnt suit the hotel's name, should be more "cozy & green"

Ok hotel in nice neighbourhood. Room was large n has proper cupboard which can hang dresses. However it was a let-down as there were only 2 plugs for use in charging laptop n handphones(n one has to take out the lights for that) n the worse is No WIFI in room. Cant stay for work. Lighting is not bright enough for putting on make-up. No space for toiletries above bathroom sink. Hv to pull door firmly closed as the lock didn't catch automatically.
