Notwithstanding the best efforts of the staff to maintain the property, a strong musty smell in the room which as I was told was the best and the cleanest, overshadowed everything else. The hotel is huge and visibly clean but quite dated and had seen better times. Needs serious renovations to mitigate the mold condition, obviously very prevailing in such climate. I was left with no alternatives, due to a very late arrival at 2 a.m. after long flights and lengthy waiting times in the airport. Hence the detailed review. Notwithstanding the beautiful grounds, with the lengthiest pool stretching the whole ground floor, and a fantastic delicious breakfast with an enormous variety of fresh and cooked dishes of different cuisines.

Great stay. Big and nice rooms. Beautiful pool. Convenient location and transfer to the beach. Only comment is that restaurant could improve food quality.

Very affordable in Nusa Dua, with nice breakfast options, and friendly staff. Treat yourself to a Balinese massage at their Spa—it's the best massage we experienced during our stay.

A good hotel, but I wouldn't give it 5 stars. Very large rooms, a very large pool. The service was nit 5 star, same iv valid for the breakfast. Not so good as other 5 star hotels in the area, but also much cheaper. Allover very good for the price.
