This was the worst hotel we stayed in on our Indonesian journey - we thought we would treat ourselves for the last night before heading home by spending a bit extra but unfortunately the extra spend was not worth it. Room wasn't particularly clean, staff were nice but nothing more than you experience anywhere in Indonesia and our supposed superior twin room with balcony was laughable - half the size of everywhere else we stayed and the balcony had a view of a wall. Overall I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. By far the worst hotel we stayed in for our entire trip.

Such an amazing place to stay at . The staff are so welcoming friendly and always there for you . The rooms here are very clean and comfortable with room service every day and bottle water for you every day.The breakfast buffet was incredible for all cultures around the world. The roof top dining for dinner is experience I will never forget from the great food to the beautiful sunset overlooking the beach and Indian Ocean. Also the fire dance on the rooftop is must see and you get to see fireworks every night going off on the beach. Special thanks to Dadie who goes above his job to make sure everyone is enjoying their time here

Check in was efficient, friendly and helpful in every regard The ‘boys’ logged everything i had on wifi , fantastic ! Room was a little small but balcony and beautiful big bathroom Special shout out to Lubis who chauffeured me around for last minute shopping

Very disappointed in this hotel. Poorly located. Room was small and the desk was covered in ants, The lighting is terrible in the room. The bathroom was small, and the shower had no door. The floor outside shower was covered in water every time after use. The hotel building is located across the street from the beach. The hotel space on the beach was small and full of debris. Food wasn't really worth the cost. The best thing about this hotel was the spa. Would not recommend.

The hotel is very dated. Our TV did not work and was told that we would need to wait for IT after the weekend to provide support, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and the shower water smelled like sewage, with the odour lingering in the room for hours. The pool also had green algae around the edges. The buffet breakfast offered a reasonable selection. We were booked for four nights but chose to check out after one. We raised these issues at checkout and were advised that the room was non-refundable.

Lovely buffet breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool. Close to the beach and restaurants. Good room although a little small and a little dated - ok for couples. Comfortable bed. Warm shower. Clean throughout. Lovely public areas. Highly recommend for a short stay.

I stayed only one night and checked out. Property was very dirty and rooms smelled so bad and pillows were hard. Did not stay for my three nights Photos online does not justify. I would appreciate if I could get refund for my other 2 nights I complained to guest services and nothing was done

I would recommend Jimbaran Bay Beach & Spa to anyone who wanted to stay at a more relaxed part of the city, the staff where so friendly and helpful. the pool area and bar were a favourite of mine. Would stay again
