Great for a short break, very central, spacious and clean, any longer I would Prefer a room a little balcony or window that doesn’t back onto another building. Would definitely use again

The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They provide resources on how to to get to the hotel from the airport and respond quickly on WhatsApp. The room has great AC and is located in the heart of all the action with shops and restaurants as soon as you step outside.

Lovely suite in an excellent location in the heart of the old town. All communication with the staff was great and the room very well maintained. The WiFi was occasionally a bit patchy and the AC cut off from time to time, but nothing that spoilt the trip. Would highly recommend 😊

Modern accommodation in an ideal location. Within a few steps you’re on Via Maqueda, a lively street with many restaurants and shops. Incredibly walkable but be advised the surrounding streets are cobble/stone in case you are wheeling luggage’s or requesting a ride share. It may be that you need to walk to the nearest street. The building has a small (but mighty) lift if needed. Online concierge was a nice touch and accessible via WhatsApp during their designated hours. No complaints and strongly recommend. At the time of writing this review the ground floor was undergoing renovations, no sound can be heard but there are some smells that can be detected when walking down.
