A renovated hotel with a wonderful polite and helpful staff. The hotel is near to the shops and restaurants The breakfast was over the average. Theere was sky TV and the WiFi was fast. Unfortunately I payed much more of the real value of the room. I don't think any cost over 200 euros can be right. I payed 600 euros per night. The junior suite is around the lift or in other words the lift is in the middle of the room. The lake view is just a window. Thank you all the staff and specially mr Dmartin.

The staff were great. The breakfast was small as was the room, but we had a nice, albeit short, stay. Would recommend.

Great front office staff a real boutique experience. Parking is tricky, make sure you reserve it if you need it.

Amazing 4 night stay at the MÍMESIS 11. My girlfriend and I stayed here in June during the strong heatwave and this hotel was perfectly located. It's literally outside the ferry return stop and has a handful of bars and restaurants on the door step. Possibly the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. Lovely breakfast and the most helpful staff. The only minor negative was that the air conditioning is controlled by reception and ours had a fault during our stay, which meant it was a little warmer than we'd have liked. But the staff were super helpful and it was being fixed as we left.

This property is new and very clean and modern, great location with lake view and it is in the middle of shops and restaurants. Staff are super helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing too. Highly recommended.

New and very clean hotel. Staff was very helpful, but AC in the rooms were not working efficiently. Breakfast had a very short menu.

Delightful small (11 rooms) hotel. The staff could not be nicer or more helpful. The rooms were well appointed and very clean. We stayed in a room with a pleasant area for sitting out. There was a very good choice at the breakfast buffet, which is taken on the terrace. It is in a convenient situation, just a few steps from the lakeside with all its cafes & restaurants and very close to the funicular. However, this means that it can be noisy outside with music and general sounds from the restaurants nearby. And on a Saturday evening it seems to be the thing to drive fancy cars (think Ferrari, Porsche...) along the street. On the plus side, the double glazing means that you don't really hear it inside the room.

I had a wonderful stay at MIMESIS 11 Boutique Hotel and can highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lake Como. The hotel is beautifully designed, exceptionally clean, and offers stunning lake views in a peaceful setting. Every detail reflects care, quality, and attention to guest comfort. What truly made my stay special was the incredible hospitality. The staff were consistently professional, friendly, and attentive, always willing to help with a smile. Their genuine commitment to guest satisfaction created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout my stay. I would also like to express my sincere appreciation to the owner’s wife. Her kindness, hospitality, and personal attention to guests added a unique touch that made the experience even more memorable. It is clear that great passion and care go into making every guest feel valued. The breakfast was excellent, the service was outstanding, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations.
