It was great, even though we didn’t manage to see whales, but we did see dolphins. The boat trip was agreeable. The staff were very friendly. I enjoyed the fish very much. I’d like to go back, maybe one more time.

The guide told us when to be there for best Snorkeling time and he was right. Water was calm and clear. He had plenty of gear for everyone. We walked to water and jumped right in. We saw our first turtle in just a few mins. We even got to feed the turtle. Great activity for the family. We had 2 adults and 2 kids (7&9). Would recommend this tour. Guide was very nice and patient with kids that didn't swim as fast.

I booked this tour while staying at Hilton Colombo. The night before the tour, I received a call from the guide saying that the transfer would take an extra two hours and that I would be charged an additional $80 on top of the tour fee. I wasn't satisfied with this, so I canceled via chat. A whole day that was supposed to be spent sightseeing was wasted. Klook's system is terrible for allowing bookings in areas it doesn't cover.

Das versprochene Frühstück fehlte komplett. Und einige Teile der Tour auch. Wir haben nur eine Stunde Rafting und 45 Minuten Canyoning gemacht. Vielleicht war die Tour deshalb auch einige Stunden kürzer als versprochen. Tatsächlich würde ich eine Rückerstattung erwarten. Ich gebe zwei Sterne, weil die Aktivitäten, die wir tatsächlich gemacht haben, schön waren und das Mittagessen lecker war (obwohl es größtenteils kalt war). Es war auch ein Pluspunkt, dass uns der Fahrer zu einem schönen Laden gebracht hat, um Tee zu kaufen.
