Safari no Rio Balapitiya e Excursão pela Natureza saindo de Colombo

I booked this tour while staying at Hilton Colombo. The night before the tour, I received a call from the guide saying that the transfer would take an extra two hours and that I would be charged an additional $80 on top of the tour fee. I wasn't satisfied with this, so I canceled via chat. A whole day that was supposed to be spent sightseeing was wasted. Klook's system is terrible for allowing bookings in areas it doesn't cover.

Trip was good, so was the activities. There was a confusion with the timing. Local contact was unresponsive.

Overall, I was quite satisfied. The driver was punctual but didn't provide any commentary along the way, and English communication was not ideal. The departure time after booking the tour was 2 hours earlier than what we initially saw. However, paying extra for an additional attraction made it worthwhile.

It was a good natural experience in Madu River safari and sea turtle egg hatching. The lady tour guide was very passionate to introduce us to Sri Lanka’s culture and every landmark. Furthermore, she also brought us to experience the local breakfast and authentic Sri Lankan lunch.

The trip we took was well planned. The driver was on time. The driver Mr Shanta Kumar was knowledgeable, courteous, gracious and patient. He was a great driver who took pride in his work and his car was super neat and clean. We were a little late, so our Nadu river trip was in the blazing midday sun and that's really not recommended for anyone. Overall Ms Shantala our tour operator was also very kind and understanding. Thank you Klook. It was smooth, seamless and a very good experience overall. Though there might be a bug in your system. Because when we were trying to book for Galle it refused to book for 3. It was either 2 or 4/5. Strange. But that maybe software issues which you may need to set right. And oh yes, you could reduce the price on your trips a wee bit and it'd be more affordable. It was a nice experience. Although the driver arrived a little late, they made up for the lost time. All the activities were provided as mentioned in the itinerary. It was very good. Thank you, Klook.

The pick-up and drop-off service was excellent and very punctual. The arrangements were perfect! The tour guide was very friendly! I would recommend it to my friends!

The tour guide provided detailed explanations along the way, and the itinerary was very well-arranged. I will definitely join again if I have the chance!
