Our guide, Mr. Lee, was cheerful and friendly. He guided us through Little Edo Street and recommended many delicious street foods and snacks to take home. Since it was raining, he suggested we go to Prince Shopping Mall instead, as my husband was unable to walk much. We were fortunate to have him as our guide.

Our tour guide for these two days was Tony, who took great care of us and even gave us small gifts. It was very cold at Ginzan Onsen, and he gave us hand warmers. On the second day, we also received hand warmers and chocolates. When we couldn't enter the Fox Village, he found an alternative for us, and we went to Shiroishi Castle, which was beautiful and worth a stroll and some photos. The driver was also excellent, driving very smoothly and always greeting everyone kindly when getting on and off the bus. This trip to Ginzan Onsen coincided with heavy snowfall, which was incredibly beautiful. On the second day, we visited Zao Juhyo (snow monsters), and we were incredibly lucky with the weather, which was perfectly clear. Although we couldn't take the cable car to the very top due to too many individual tourists, it was still very beautiful and worthwhile! We heard that the day before we went, Zao had a blizzard with very poor visibility, but on the day we visited, the sky was clear and sunny! We were very fortunate. We stayed at Kameya Hotel, which looked historic but was well-maintained and quite clean. The room was also very spacious, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious, offering both traditional Japanese and Western options. An absolute must-see – the Railway Museum in Saitama! Anyone with even a spark of enthusiasm for trains will love this museum. Across more than 9,000 square meters, you can delve deep into the history of Japanese railways – with real locomotives, interactive exhibits, and impressive technical experiences. (Sumikai) Over 36 faithfully reproduced vehicles are on display, and thanks to light, music, and video effects, even stationary trains come to life. (ANA) The absolute highlight for me was the ride on the small mini-train – in that moment, you completely forget your age and become a child again. That smile won't disappear anytime soon! The museum is easily accessible from Ōmiya Station with the "New Shuttle" – the journey itself sets the mood for the adventure. It's perfect for taking kids; it feels more like a park with decorations and playground equipment. You'll go crazy buying Moomin merchandise! There are so many exclusive items that you can get all at once. There's a black and yellow sandwich cookie that's delicious, affordable, and comes with 20 pieces, making it a great souvenir.

The classic Ultraman and Godzilla shows are a must-see; they're incredibly entertaining and well worth the price of admission. Facilities: It's recommended to spend at least half a day at the park. The rides are geared towards children, offering a relaxed and fun experience. Performances: To maximize enjoyment, be sure to catch the performances in the old town. The large-scale shows are particularly fun, with parades and interactive singing and dancing. Waiting Time: Crowds are minimal, with most queues taking less than 10 minutes. It rained when we visited on March 25th. The price on Klook is competitive. Entering the park was a breeze. There are no rides at all. We caught 2 shows, and although we didn't understand the language, the animation more than made up for it.

We had an amazing time with the kids, we all enjoyed the up close and personal experience with all the animals and the kids loved being able to feed and pat them. it was a bonus to go on some rides too. It was very affordable and fun for the whole family x

Good and interesting experience to drive around the lake in a mini EV. Pick up from the main station was easy. The guide was knowledgeable and stopped at a few scenic spots and helped to record videos and take photos. These were later sent to us via AirDrop at the end of the activity. Do note that the price on Klook is significantly higher than the price offered directly by the tour operator.
