I had a wonderful time these past few days and was very lucky to see Tianchi Lake. Sammi, the customer service representative, was very patient in her communication and follow-up during the initial stages. I'm especially grateful for the travel consultant's attentive service and timely feedback throughout the trip, which made everything incredibly worry-free. The tour leader was also very professional, handling both scenic spot visits and itinerary arrangements with great care and reliability.

Our guide, Ji-Jie, provided excellent service, and all activities were completed as planned. Everything went smoothly during the tour. She always ensured everyone was well and taken care of. The tours went very well and were well organized.

The driver took great care of us, took us to the restroom, took us to eat, took us to mail postcards at the post office, took us to play in the snow, paid the ski deposit for us, and took pictures for us. He did everything! He was everything to us, absolutely excellent. He even woke us up in the morning. During my trip to Harbin, I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent tour guide named An Li. His character and abilities made the entire journey much more enjoyable and smooth. First and foremost, he was incredibly polite, maintaining a pleasant demeanor with every fellow traveler and service staff member, which made interactions easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, he was always punctual, whether for scheduled meeting times or departures, which not only reduced anxiety about waiting but also ensured the trip ran smoothly. His driving skills were also exceptional, making our travel experience safe and pleasant. Each time we got on and off the vehicle, he proactively helped with our luggage, which I found very thoughtful. Lastly, he was able to share local history and culture, making our journey even richer and more interesting. Overall, An Li's performance was something I truly valued, and he added many wonderful memories to the entire trip.

This tour is amazing, led by our lovely leader Xiao ji. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, being a native, and shared an immense amount of history about the places we visited. In the event of a language barrier, she is quick to use a language translator to ensure smooth communication and avoid any misunderstandings. She is also attentive to all of our needs and can accommodate most forms of compensation if things don't go to plan, ensuring the tour always moves at a precise time. Absolutely recommended.

One of the best activities we tried when we were in Harbin. The bus transfers were on time and really nice, while the Volga Manor is a fantasy place straight out of a book, where various activities are also available. It was a wonderful experience to see the fusion of Chinese and Russian culture in one place.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide in Harbin. Our tour guide Liu Jia is very professional, knowledgeable, and patient, and always made sure we were comfortable despite the cold weather and language barrier. Truly made our Harbin trip smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommended!

It was a smooth trip and everything was well planned. A little tiring for two elderly people, but a once-in-a-lifetime experience.

I personally feel that the food served was not worth the money paid. The only expensive food item was the Buddha Jump Over the Wall. The flavour was also off as I could only taste ginger which was added to mask the fishy smell from the seafood. But it killed the umaemi flavour of the seafood. well, just for the performance and experience. plus they don't clear the empty plates from the table.
