The tour is very good and comprehensive, worthwhile for anyone wanting to do a day trip. I don't speak Chinese and the guide didn't speak English, but they guided us by sending messages via WeChat and we used a translator in some situations. Everything went well.

A day tour of Snow Town is perfect, allowing you to explore various fun attractions and even visit Snow Town Village, a truly memorable experience. On this trip, we had a very funny, friendly, and cheerful guide, Xiao Lou. His service to us foreign tourists was excellent. We also requested halal food and were treated very well. So, this trip was a great, effective, and enjoyable one.

Me asignaron un guía turístico/conductor llamado Lou. Llegó y me recogió de la estación de tren a tiempo. Me informó sobre los itinerarios del día y el tiempo estimado para cada actividad. Hizo hincapié en la seguridad al realizar las actividades al aire libre. Es un conductor cuidadoso. Disfruté mucho del tour. Disfruté de las actividades al aire libre recomendadas, como montar en ATV y motos de nieve. Muchas gracias. Recomendaría encarecidamente esto a aquellos que buscan algo especial.

The tour was actually great. It was just my language barrier that made it hard for me to find the details. Details and highlights were sent through messages, so I couldn't really enjoy the time because I was afraid of being left behind, and my tour guide rushed me to gather early because they didn't want me to be late. Apparently, I was the one who met up first and waited for the others. The scenic area itself was really nice. Later, when I plan to visit, I will plan to stay overnight rather than do a one-day tour.

Thank you, Master Zhang (our driver), for taking us skiing and to Snow Town. I lost my phone, and he helped me find it, truly reliable. We had a wonderful time from Malaysia. Book, and the driver will bring you as planned.

Overall, the service was quite good and the driver was attentive. However, I have to deduct one star because the driver smoked inside the vehicle, which was uncomfortable. Another important point that was not clearly mentioned in the tour description is that anyone who wants to ski must pay an additional 388 RMB to rent ski clothing. I personally find this very expensive, as in reality we could use our own winter clothes. What surprised me the most was that the driver insisted on stopping at the ski rental shop, which made me feel uncomfortable. The itinerary was also very tight. Combining two activities in one day, along with long travel time, made it difficult to fully enjoy the Snow Village experience.

A very pleasant experience. I am very satisfied with this tour. Plus, our tour guide Xiao Lu was very helpful throughout the trip.

The most magical experience by far! The guide was very helpful. People say you can't do Yabuki skiing and Snow Town in a day, but they made it possible.
