This tour is definitely a smooth and hassle-free experience. The destinations are nice, and the hotels are beautiful. All staff are accommodating. The tour guide/driver is very friendly and has a lot of patience. He took pictures of us and helped us with everything! This was one of our best tours! The driver introduced himself as "Xiao Wang" (Little Wang), but after spending these past few days with him, I'm truly grateful to have met him. He's really our "Da Wang" (Big King/Hero). Our group was struggling with luggage, always late for our itinerary, kids were throwing tantrums, and we were all uncomfortable and irritable due to the cold. He politely said, "It's a bit rushed; we're almost going to miss it." He said, "The weather is dry, eat more fruit." He said, "It's windy on the mountain, be fully equipped." His driving was excellent 👍, and he never honked unnecessarily. Despite his large stature, he was gentle and refined.

We enjoyed our 2-person package. We actually arrived in Harbin 3 days before the trip, but they still arranged airport pick-up and took us to our own booked hotel. You must have WeChat to communicate with them as all three parties (Klook, local agent - 梦幻, driver) use WeChat. Don't worry if you can't type Chinese, as they can use WeChat to translate. Generally, the whole journey was quite relaxing and interesting for us from Malaysia, only the day to Changbaishan and the skiing day involved more exercise. The good thing about joining this trip is that you don't need to worry about your luggage, rushing to hotel check-in, train times, or how to buy entrance tickets, especially since the Changbaishan one is tricky for foreigners. The downside is a lot of car ride time, but we were lucky to have this driver; she drove very carefully and was very caring. She would ask us if we were okay with a late lunch instead of deciding for us. She also advised us to order only one dish as their serving sizes are huge.

The daily itinerary was perfectly arranged, and the accommodation was excellent. The butler would provide important notes the night before and coordinate with the driver for the morning departure time. There was no need to worry about finding attractions or transportation. We just had to pay attention to the driver's and butler's reminders, and even if we needed to contact the butler, they were always available. The entire trip was relaxed and enjoyable, a truly wonderful memory.

A southern 'little potato' bravely ventured to Harbin! Luckily, I joined a tour group and visited Snow Town and Changbai Mountain, even climbing a snow-covered mountain and experiencing snow rafting. Our driver and guide, Master Lu, also took great care of us and was very friendly. This snow country trip was totally worth it!

The experience of this trip to Tohoku was excellent. A few days before the trip began, the butler would notify us in the group chat about important considerations for Tohoku. After the trip started, they would also announce the next day's itinerary and weather daily, which was very thoughtful. Our driver, Brother Guan Bing, was definitely the highlight of our trip, adding a lot of fun to our journey. Whenever we encountered any problems during the trip, Brother Guan would always help us solve them immediately, and his photography skills were superb, leaving us with many wonderful memories of our journey!

During our seven-day tour of Northeast China, we were fortunate to have Master Wang Wei as our guide. He is a very responsible person who always took care of every detail with the utmost professionalism. His local knowledge and communication skills made our journey easy and enjoyable. We felt very secure as he constantly paid attention to our comfort and safety. Master Wang provided us with service that exceeded our expectations, making our trip unforgettable. We sincerely recommend him to anyone hoping for a memorable travel experience.

Although the journey concluded before the Lunar New Year, these memories will be our most solid start to the new year.
