This tour is definitely a smooth and hassle-free experience. The destinations are nice, and the hotels are beautiful. All staff are accommodating. The tour guide/driver is very friendly and has a lot of patience. He took pictures of us and helped us with everything! This was one of our best tours! Thank you, and we will recommend this to our friends. The attractions were beautiful, and the tour guide was 10/10, the best!

We enjoyed our 2-person package. We actually arrived in Harbin 3 days before the trip, but they still arranged airport pick-up and took us to our own booked hotel. You must have WeChat to communicate with them as all three parties (Klook, local agent - 梦幻, driver) use WeChat. Don't worry if you can't type Chinese, as they can use WeChat to translate. Generally, the whole journey was quite relaxing and interesting for us from Malaysia, only the day to Changbaishan and the skiing day involved more exercise. The good thing about joining this trip is that you don't need to worry about your luggage, rushing to hotel check-in, train times, or how to buy entrance tickets, especially since the Changbaishan one is tricky for foreigners. The downside is a lot of car ride time, but we were lucky to have this driver; she drove very carefully and was very caring. She would ask us if we were okay with a late lunch instead of deciding for us. She also advised us to order only one dish as their serving sizes are huge.

The daily itinerary was perfectly arranged, and the accommodation was excellent. The butler would provide important notes the night before and coordinate with the driver for the morning departure time. There was no need to worry about finding attractions or transportation. We just had to pay attention to the driver's and butler's reminders, and even if we needed to contact the butler, they were always available. The entire trip was relaxed and enjoyable, a truly wonderful memory.

During my trip to Harbin, I had the good fortune to meet an excellent tour guide named An Li. His character and abilities made the entire journey more enjoyable and smooth. First and foremost, he was very polite, maintaining a good attitude towards every fellow traveler and service staff, making interactions easy and pleasant. Furthermore, he was always punctual, whether for scheduled times or departures, which not only reduced the anxiety of waiting but also ensured the smooth progress of the itinerary. His driving skills were also superb, making our driving experience during the trip safe and pleasant. Each time we got on and off the vehicle, he proactively helped with luggage, which I found very thoughtful. Finally, he was able to share local history and culture, making our journey richer and more interesting. Overall, An Li's performance made me feel very appreciative and added many wonderful memories to the entire trip.

The driver introduced himself as "Xiao Wang" (Little Wang), but after spending these past few days with him, I'm truly grateful to have met him. He's really our "Da Wang" (Big King/Hero). Our group was struggling with luggage, always late for our itinerary, kids were throwing tantrums, and we were all uncomfortable and irritable due to the cold. He politely said, "It's a bit rushed; we're almost going to miss it." He said, "The weather is dry, eat more fruit." He said, "It's windy on the mountain, be fully equipped." His driving was excellent 👍, and he never honked unnecessarily. Despite his large stature, he was gentle and refined.

The experience of this trip to Tohoku was excellent. A few days before the trip began, the butler would notify us in the group chat about important considerations for Tohoku. After the trip started, they would also announce the next day's itinerary and weather daily, which was very thoughtful. Our driver, Brother Guan Bing, was definitely the highlight of our trip, adding a lot of fun to our journey. Whenever we encountered any problems during the trip, Brother Guan would always help us solve them immediately, and his photography skills were superb, leaving us with many wonderful memories of our journey!

A southern 'little potato' bravely ventured to Harbin! Luckily, I joined a tour group and visited Snow Town and Changbai Mountain, even climbing a snow-covered mountain and experiencing snow rafting. Our driver and guide, Master Lu, also took great care of us and was very friendly. This snow country trip was totally worth it!
