Dora was great. She took care of our needs and made sure we had a comfortable and enjoyable trip. She even went the extra mile to grab some food for us to try while heading back to Taichung.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this tour, all thanks to our guide, Lewis (阿正). Even though the weather wasn't great and it rained throughout the day, Lewis made sure our experience remained perfect. His service went above and beyond our expectations. Lewis is incredibly knowledgeable and attentive. He introduced us to some amazing local food spots that we never would have found on our own. He was so thoughtful—he even bought us delicious tea leaf eggs to try during the tour! Beyond his guidance, he was incredibly helpful with photography, capturing great shots of us throughout the day despite the rain. To our surprise, he even created a beautiful video montage of our experience, which is such a wonderful keepsake. If you are looking for a professional, kind, and truly dedicated guide who can make your trip amazing no matter the weather, look no further than Lewis. We highly recommend him and would definitely book with him again!

The tour went so smoothly. Our driver, Xiao Yang, informed us the night before to bring a rain jacket and umbrella just in case, as it would be a bit colder up in the mountains, and he was right. His driving skills were 10/10; it was a very fun ride glancing out the window. He sent us all the information regarding the Qingjing Farm shows and even took photos for us. I truly recommend this tour to anyone, as it was easy to just jump in the car and the boat without having to plan everything ourselves. He also took us to a tea tasting, and we brought some tea home as souvenirs.

The day trip booked through Klook this time truly exceeded expectations. The overall arrangement was very smooth, and the pace of the itinerary was well-managed. There was no need to worry about transportation or timing issues, making the experience very relaxed and comfortable 🌤️ I especially want to highly commend our tour guide, "Da Luo"! Throughout the entire journey, he took great care of everyone. He wasn't just leading the group; he proactively reminded us of important details, helped arrange photos, and made the introductions to attractions very interesting, adding a lot of human touch to the whole trip. Because he was there, we felt at ease the entire way, and even as first-time visitors, we weren't nervous at all. It truly felt like "when you're with the right person, you can relax and enjoy" ✨ I'm also very grateful for the company's overall arrangements. From the meeting point and transportation to the seamless transitions between activities, everything was handled perfectly without any confusion, which greatly enhanced the experience. If I have the chance to visit again in the future, I will definitely want to join your tours again and will recommend them to my friends! 🙌

Friendly tour guide and very punctual with the schedule.

The meeting point was easy to find, and the driving and rest times were appropriately arranged. Hehuanshan and Wuling are incredibly majestic and beautiful when the weather is clear with blue skies and white clouds. The set lunch was also delicious, and there was ample free time at Cingjing Farm. It was very convenient to have the transportation problem solved. Thank you, Brother Lin, for your excellent driving skills and detailed explanations.

We were so lucky to have tour guide Xiao Xin! Sun Moon Lake's blue sky and water were incredibly beautiful, and feeding sheep and watching shows at Cingjing Farm was super therapeutic. Xiao Xin was humorous and thoughtful throughout the entire trip, helping us take Instagram-worthy photos and sharing local stories. The whole journey was relaxing and fun, highly recommended!

The day before, he sent us a short message reminding us about the weather, what jackets to bring, and other information. On the day of the tour, he was very patient and shared many interesting historical facts about Taiwan and the local area; he was very knowledgeable. The captain and Xiao Xin on Success No. 3 were also great, sharing many unique features of Sun Moon Lake. We learned a lot, and the scenery became more meaningful. Thumbs up! The recommendations and tips for the old street/sightseeing spots were very thoughtful and detailed. Thanks to Xiao Xin's very steady driving, we didn't get carsick on the mountain roads, and the car was very comfortable and clean. Finally, he even helped us take many photos of our entire group. We had a wonderful time! Thank you!! The only suggestion is that you don't need to go to Old England. 😂
