The entire Ritz Hotel consists of double rooms. You need to use your key card to take the elevator up to your floor, but not to go down. The breakfast is excellent, but on weekends, you need to go early (90-minute limit) or you'll have to take a number and wait to be called. The advantage of going later is that there's no time limit, but the food will be cleared away by 10:30 AM.

The front desk staff were friendly and explained everything in detail. The room was spacious and very clean. Free parking was provided, which is a great benefit for those driving.

We stayed in a quad room. The soundproofing wasn't great, but since we also have kids, it was acceptable. The drinks in the fridge were complimentary and replenished daily, which was nice! There aren't many dining options nearby, so many guests order takeout. We ordered takeout for two meals and ate at a local stir-fry restaurant one day. The game room on B1 was fantastic; the kids had a blast. However, one room is restricted to children under 3, which is a bit of a shame, as older kids can only watch from outside. This could be problematic if there's a significant age gap between children.

Hsinchu Lakeshore Hotel is the perfect family-friendly hotel! The super-large indoor playground "Kaleda" features a ball pit and a race track, allowing children to play to their heart's content and burn off energy. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast offers a rich and delicious selection. With comprehensive facilities, you can enjoy a full day of fun without leaving the hotel, making it the top choice for a family staycation and definitely worth revisiting!

The breakfast was absolutely superb, with delicious and abundant cold dishes, hot food, and desserts. The front desk lady was beautiful and very kind. When I mentioned some issues with parking, she patiently and empathetically helped understand the situation. I also want to thank Ms. Lin for her perfect assistance in resolving everything. I'm giving a full 6 stars!
