The atmosphere is great, and there are many onsen pools. After soaking, you can enjoy Japanese food or relax and rest. The beds are very soft. I will definitely use the service again if I have the chance.

I had a reservation for the evening, but when I arrived and asked to change it, they happily accommodated me. I booked an oil massage (120 minutes) with normal pressure. The citrus oil scent was gentle, and the massage was sometimes firm, making me lose consciousness in places (I fell sound asleep). It felt incredibly good and refreshing. My legs were swollen from walking around, but when I put on my shoes to leave, the swelling had reduced so much that they slipped on easily. Both the receptionist and the masseuse were very kind, making it a place I want to visit again and again.

absolutely a great experience. Reserved a [couple set] which got a private room for two with both body massage and head spa. Hair drying and after-snacks are also included. Costs like around 100euro, it's not a streetby massage, so not cheap but still worth it. The whole place is like a loft and the private room is at the top. Not a big scale so I believe all customers need to reserve in advance. All serves are friendly and professional, it's not tipically Thai-style, more likely to be a combin of Thai and morden style--which means not a struggling stretching type, just gentle and comfort. The head spa is of cause hypnotic.

My therapist was great. I had a male therapist and my wife had an ahjumma, but both were really good at what they do.

the spa center is located in a busy area Siam square, very easy to get there and it was clean and well designed. the staffs were nice and let me choose the aroma oil. Service was nice and therapist Pal did a great job. The overall experience was good except for the strong music from Songkran festival in the neighbourhood haha.

The receptionist was kind enough to send a reminder message, but because we were stuck in a traffic jam, we were 20 minutes late. However, they were very nice to wait for us. The actual washing took about 45 minutes, with the last 15 minutes dedicated to blow-drying hair. They also gave each of us a facial mask at the end of the session.

If there are, quickly purchase on Klook and then immediately send an email to book. Generally, they reply within a day. The location is very convenient; you can walk directly to the mall from the BTS station via the skywalk. Unfortunately, the masseuse was half an hour late, which disrupted my schedule. The store environment is consistent with Let's Relax's style, clean and tidy. The only downside is that it's quite close to the railway, so there might be a little noise.

I highly recommend it! All the staff are very kind. When I went, I had drinks with me, and they even refrigerated them for me and made sure I didn't forget them when I left. I also received two coin purses as souvenirs at the end of my massage, so I have two now! ^^ And there was also a Korean owner. I felt bad on the first day because I couldn't speak English, but it was so much more comfortable the next day. Good, good! 👍👍👍 I will visit again next time.
