Amazing experience! The elephants were clearly well cared for, and the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about the animals. The guide was excellent, transportation was smooth, and the whole tour was well organized. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Chiang Mai! 🐘

The other reviews did not lie. Mrs M was an awesome guide who helped everyone take photos and explained a lot of interesting details while we were walking to the waterfall. The waterfall is very slippery and muddy so ideally bring slip proof sandals or swim shoes.

I recommend this tour; you will have an unforgettable experience interacting with elephants.

We highly recommend the Elephant Experience Camp! From the introduction to making herbal balls, the atmosphere is relaxed and joyful. Feeding the elephants is a delight, and during the photo session, an elephant might unexpectedly give you a kiss! Walking through the forest and playing in the water are also wonderful experiences.

The on-site guide was very enthusiastic and approachable. Being able to experience the tour in a familiar language was very friendly for both seniors and children. Today, the sun wasn't too strong, so the weather was very comfortable. If you need to change clothes, there are simple lockable lockers and shower rooms available on site. The park environment is very close to nature, so you'll need to bring your own mosquito and insect repellent. The direct hotel pick-up and drop-off service was very convenient, and the change of pick-up address was handled quickly by contacting the Kerchor Elephant Park staff directly via the phone number in the app.
