Except for the shuttle vehicle being a bit old, the entire trip was extremely satisfying. Although the supplier does not contact guests prior to the trip, the driver arrived at the hotel on time for pick-up. Although it rained heavily in the afternoon, it was still very enjoyable and delightful. Remember to remind tourists to wear swimwear (as they will help bathe the elephants in the river) or shorts and sandals, and be sure to bring rain gear and a change of clothes! Then you can just enjoy the whole process! 1:00 PM hotel pick-ups one by one, 1:30 departure for about an hour's drive, 2:30 store belongings in lockers (locks provided), briefing and making elephant feeding ingredients, 3:00 feed elephants, take photos—walk with elephants—take photos in the woods—play in the mud with elephants—bathe and take photos with elephants in the river, 4:15 transfer to the restaurant for a buffet meal (fried rice, fried chicken nuggets, fruit, soup), 5:00 return trip, 6:00 arrive at the Old City and drop off guests back at their respective hotels in order.

We had an absolutely amazing day! The ATV ride was so much fun, and the views along the way as we explored different locations were breathtaking. We then visited a beautiful waterfall before ending the day with a peaceful bamboo rafting experience, such a relaxing way to finish an adventurous day. I would honestly do this experience again and again! Our tour guides were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Absolutely one of the best experiences we’ve had! ❤️🌿🏔️

This experience left a deep impression on me. At first, I misunderstood the entire itinerary, and our guide, Koh, patiently explained everything to me until I understood. Afterwards, for the benefit of the entire group, and fearing the heat, Koh moved the bamboo rafting to be the first activity in the morning. Then came the main event, the ATV activity. As a petite girl, I found it a bit challenging to control the ATV. Guide Koh kept looking back to check on me. He was very professional and incredibly patient, giving me a lot of encouragement! I'm truly super grateful! Also, this trip, I met two wonderful New Zealand friends! They helped me enjoy the ATV activity even more! I hope Koh and they can see my sincere thanks! The best trip I had in Chiang Mai. Unlike other places, this was less touristy. Our guide, Miss M, if I'm not mistaken, was very friendly and funny. She helped us take pictures and her stories were very funny.

An excellent experience! The three zipline guides were humorous and responsible, helping us take photos throughout, and we had a great time! The three elephants were all adorable little girls with distinct personalities; feeding and bathing them was a joy. The bamboo rafting was also very interesting, allowing us to enjoy the scenery in the beautiful jungle. We happened to catch some rain later, which added a unique touch to the experience. The entire trip was relaxed and pleasant, not too crowded, and very laid-back!

Ich habe den Besuch im Elefanten-Schutzgebiet wirklich sehr genossen. Unser Reiseleiter Chat war großartig. Das erfrischende Regenwasser tat beim Baden richtig gut. Der Wasserfall war einfach wunderschön. Auch das Rafting-Abenteuer war fantastisch. Alles war bestens organisiert und der Zeitplan wurde perfekt eingehalten.

First and foremost, I highly recommend this tour. Initially, during pickup, the guide couldn't find us due to an imprecise accommodation address. Even though he searched for us for nearly an hour under the scorching sun, he wasn't angry at all. Instead, he quickly arranged the subsequent itinerary and had a driver pick us up, for which I am truly grateful. The pickup vehicle was an air-conditioned 11-seater van, very comfortable. The elephant sanctuary isn't very large, but it has reasonably clean restrooms. It's worth mentioning that you can feel the genuine love the conservationists and guide have for the elephants. There are no commercialized performances or rides, only interactive activities like feeding, showering, and making rice balls with the elephants. There's also ample time to interact and take photos with the elephants. The guide is also very knowledgeable about elephant ecology, explaining various questions in detail and guiding us in interacting with the elephants. For lunch, there were delicious Northern Thai curry noodles, fried rice, fruits, etc. The fried rice was truly excellent! The zipline part was also a lot of fun. The instructors were professional and humorous, ensuring everyone's safety and even taking photos and videos during the activity. There are about ten different sections to play, with varying distances, heights, and types of ziplines, so it never gets boring – it's really enjoyable! Finally, I want to thank the guide; he was truly dedicated and genuinely loves elephants, and he was very friendly to tourists. In short, I highly recommend this tour!
