First and foremost, Guide Song-yong's personality and the content of the tour were absolutely excellent! On the way to our destination, she taught us about the history between North and South Korea in a detailed and engaging way, which was very educational. After learning, seeing North Korean buildings and people through a telescope was completely different from just looking at a landscape. It felt like a private tour with just the four of us: the three of us and one other person. Our guide, the handsome Mr. Kim, was very kind and shared a lot of information about Korea. The Starbucks at the DMZ isn't very spacious, but from the observatory, North Korea is very close. It was like looking for UFOs with a telescope, but we were looking for people, and we saw someone riding a bicycle. Listening to Mr. Kim talk about the Korean War gave us a lot to think about. On the way back, the person who came with us didn't want to go to the outlet, so it became a completely private tour. Mr. Kim took us to a local restaurant, which was a valuable experience. I would love to go again if I have the chance.

Mr. Charlie from SA Travel is very helpful and kind. He is not only a professional guide and driver but also an excellent photographer for our family traveling with 5 kids. Ganghwa Island is located very near North Korean territory, which gives us the opportunity to see the most secretive country with our own eyes. The sites listed in the itinerary give us a better understanding of North and South Korean history, culture, and economy from the perspectives of freedom, peace, and unity.

We opted for the special NLL tour for a group of 5 because we wanted to see more. We were pleasantly surprised that it was a private tour for our group! Yun, our guide was awesome! He is conversant in English and shared interesting nuggets about military history. We also had the privilege of a skillful driver who maneuvered through narrow roads to see the off-the-beaten-track sites of Deokpojin Fort and Nurigil Road. We highly recommend the special tour because of the scenic beauty and the historical-political significance of the places. Thanks to Yun and our driver, we had a wonderful time!

Booked a group tour but it turned out to be a private tour for two people 😂 The guide, BK, was knowledgeable and shared the history of the Korean/Japan War and how North and South Korea eventually became divided. It was a rainy day, but the skies cleared up enough to see the propaganda village and North Korean people farming with their cattle. We visited the new DMZ Starbucks, and it was quite amazing to sip coffee while having a view of North Korea at the same time. It was a good experience, and thank you very much to guide BK for the personalized tour. Highly recommended.
