Went to all locations as specified on the itinerary. Enough time was provided at each. Only downside was the place we stopped and could have lunch at - all the restaurants were either full, out of our budget, or closed due to having sold out of their ingredients for the day. Guide suggested us to go to the Seico Mart convenience store if we couldn't find a restaurant, which quite a few groups ended up doing. There was enough food at the convenience store so that wasn't an issue. The highlight was definitely the Lake Shikotsu Ice Festival which we had to pay an extra ¥1,000 per person for when we arrived (purchased tickets there). It was a great experience. If you are taking lots of photos, then the time there may not be enough. Overall, the other spots were a little underwhelming. The bear ranch was not cheap to enter and was a lot smaller than expected...

Hey Mila!! Thank you!!!!! First of all, thank you so much, Mila! Thanks to you, we had a fun and comfortable trip to a great destination!! I've been to Japan over 15 times, and it's always been just eating, sightseeing, and shopping. My friend and I wanted to try an activity, so we booked a different kind of trip through Klook and went on a day tour with Mila as our guide. Honestly, I hesitated because it said only English and Chinese were available, but I really wanted to try snowmobiling. And sure enough, it was just my friend and I, two Koreans, on the tour, lol. But we still had a really fun time. Everyone should definitely try snowmobiling; the thrill is amazing. Mila was so kind, constantly asking if we'd eaten and if we were enjoying ourselves. I'm sorry we didn't listen and kept running around looking for smoking areas, making Mila anxious. Mila, you'll be blessed. You took photos for us, treated us kindly, and guided us to the very end. Even though you can't speak Korean, you explained everything slowly in English. For others visiting, the Biei tour is good, but I also recommend visiting Noboribetsu. Just sightseeing is great, and experiencing activities there is also good. Mila!! Thank you!!!

An interesting tour with the Hell Valley as the highlight. Don’t underestimate the path if you’re going in winter—some parts are very icy and slippery—but overall manageable. Also, there’s an opportunity to snowmobile, and it’s a different experience from other snowmobile areas you should try.

We participated in a one-day tour of Noboribetsu and Lake Toya departing from Sapporo. From the moment we placed the order, a group chat was quickly set up, and our guide contacted us individually to provide location details. Throughout the trip, the guide helped tourists take photos and even prepared cash for us. Overall, the experience was excellent. The itinerary was well-planned and efficient, allowing us to enjoy the diverse pleasures of nature, culture, and relaxation all in one day.
The most stunning sight of this trip was undoubtedly Noboribetsu Hell Valley.
The moment we stepped into the valley, we were awestruck by a primordial force. Within the massive crater remnants, pale, rugged rocks intertwined with exposed reddish-brown earth, resembling a wound on the earth. Dozens of hot springs continuously spewed scalding white steam year-round, accompanied by a strong sulfurous smell, as if the earth was still breathing deeply. Walking along the trail, we saw boiling azure hot spring pools and mud-bubbling fumaroles everywhere. Under the cover of winter snow, they formed a spectacular scene of ice and fire. Overlooking from the observation deck, the entire valley was shrouded in mist, solemn yet magnificent, making us truly feel the raw and powerful vitality of the Earth.
Another unforgettable highlight was the snowmobile ride.
The pricing was transparent (15,000 JPY for a single rider, 20,000 JPY for a double rider), and the thrill of speeding across the snowfield sent our adrenaline soaring. Our family of three each rode a snowmobile, enjoying the exhilarating ride across the snowy landscape. Thanks to our guide, Xiao Yan, who had prepared sufficient cash for us in advance, we avoided the hassle of exchanging currency on the spot. Although it snowed that day, it actually added more flavor to the riding experience.
All these perfect experiences would not have been possible without the professionalism and dedication of our guide, Xiao Yan, and her team (team members are listed in the picture).
1. Proactive and meticulous service: From preparing cash to anticipating weather changes, she always made arrangements ahead of the guests' needs, ensuring peace of mind throughout the trip.
2. Professional and engaging commentary: Guide Yan was incredibly knowledgeable about the geological formation of Hell Valley, the ecology of the bear ranch, and even local culture, providing clear and vivid explanations in both Chinese and English.
3. Sincere and friendly, heartwarming throughout: Guide Yan's smile and service were full of warmth, creating a harmonious team atmosphere, as if traveling with a reliable friend.
It was a perfect trip where we encountered both breathtaking natural wonders and impeccable professional service. If you also choose this itinerary, I highly recommend Guide Xiao Yan and her team; their dedication will elevate your journey. A dedicated guide team is worth discovering! Grateful!

Thank you, Ms. Zhou Lijia, for guiding our group. You were very responsible with your bilingual explanations throughout the long journey, which must have been quite tiring. In Jigokudani (Hell Valley), you can see spectacular volcanic scenery. Taipei's Yangmingshan also has similar landscapes, but here, with the white snow, it feels quite unique. Lake Toya is beautiful, but the time spent there seemed a bit short. It would be even better if there were some walking trails added (like in Jigokudani).

This was my first time here. Our guide was also our driver, so it was tough for him to lead us, but he was still very dedicated. I had a great time, and the driver's explanations were very thorough!
