First, our tour guide Xiao Min was very attentive and responsible, doing her best to look after every guest. When it rained, we were worried about the slippery steps and couldn't go down to photograph the torii gate. Xiao Min saw this and immediately guided us back to take another easier route. She was very proactive and never lazy. Another point worth commending is that she noticed a couple in our group monopolizing a scenic spot for a long time, causing a long queue. Xiao Min proactively urged them to move along, ensuring everyone had a chance to take photos. As for the itinerary: three points in the entire trip were quite disappointing. 1 - Lunch was too early. We had just finished breakfast at 8 AM, and then arrived at Ichiran between 10:30-11:00 AM to eat again. Moreover, we stayed at Ichiran for too long with nothing much to see. 2 - Yanagawa: The boatman was excellent and created a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, the rain was very heavy at the time. It wasn't worth the 1.5-hour drive there. I suggest adjusting the itinerary based on the rain intensity, rather than whether the boat company is willing to operate. 3 - The stay at Dazaifu was only exactly 1 hour. We got off the bus, went to the restroom, bought Umegae Mochi, browsed 2-3 small shops, and then returned to the bus. We were with parents and didn't walk fast, so there wasn't enough time to walk into the temple. We were afraid of running out of time, so we turned back at the end of the street and dared not go further. Dazaifu actually has coffee shops and small stores, and I personally think 1.5-2 hours could be allocated, especially since 30 minutes were reserved for photographing a torii gate earlier. 60 minutes for the entire Dazaifu is simply too little.

It was hot, but it was a satisfying tour. Thanks to the well-organized tour, it was a pleasant trip. I always include a bus tour for one day during my trips to Japan, and I highly recommend this tour. The green tea ice cream recommended by the guide was excellent!👍🏻👍🏻

We had a family trip of 13 people spanning 3 generations. Since it was a independent travel, the driver was so important. We would have been grateful even if he just drove since he wasn't a tour guide, but he was so punctual and a veteran of tourist spots, so we traveled very comfortably. It was a filial trip for us, and we really hope to see him again if we have the chance. We are extremely satisfied.

Mike is an excellent guide. The 4 hours were very informative and entertaining. I learned many interesting things about Fukuoka's history and culture.

After booking, customer service reached out to confirm the itinerary very quickly. They were extremely prompt with their replies and accommodated our requests as much as possible. Our driver, Mr. Hong, provided exceptional service and was very polite. Since a family member needed a wheelchair, Mr. Hong proactively helped with getting in and out of the vehicle multiple times. His thoughtful and attentive service gave us great peace of mind. During the trip, Mr. Hong also enthusiastically introduced the sights along the way, making the entire journey quite pleasant.
