The operator was incredibly attentive and always responded super fast! They were so helpful—when we got a bit lost at the drop-off point, they kept updating us and made sure we were okay. Their English is excellent, which is a huge help in China, and they even gave us great tips for the best views on deck. We loved our cruise experience so much that we upgraded to the VIP view deck for an extra 100 RMB and it was absolutely worth it! It came with free tea and biscuits, plus exclusive seating and an amazing view. Thank you so much for making our Huangpu cruise so memorable!

It was a good 2 hours spent at the Natural History Museum. Foreign visitors are required to redeem a physical ticket at the counter before entering. Everyone is given an earpiece for real-time explanations of the exhibits. It's an informative and engaging way to enjoy the museum. Access to the dinosaur park is not included and requires an additional 88 yen per person. The explanation of this area is included in the KLOOK guided tour. After the 2-hour session, we are free to explore the sections that were not covered. Overall, a good 3.5 hours spent here. Highly recommended!

The staff at all the stops were extremely helpful and made sure that we got on the correct bus! There are several tour bus operators to choose from, and I am happy that I selected Shanghai City Sightseeing Bus!

The tour agent provided by Klook is reliable and offers excellent service. It's also very convenient for me, as I can't read or write Chinese.

We recently completed a private tour for Hangzhou, Suzhou and Beijing and would highly recommend booking with Klook. It was seamless from planning to execution. Special thanks to Lara who managed our entire itinerary. She sent us daily updates of our itinerary for the next day, including temperature and what to wear, and started a WeChat group with all the guides and drivers so that we could communicate directly. The hotels that they booked for us exceeded expectations and were better than the ones we booked ourselves.

This was a nice cruise with a buffet. Shiliupu Wharf No. 3 or Quay No. 3 is a 30-45 minute walk from Nanjing Pedestrian Street or The Bund. So, if you want to be on time for the 5 PM entrance, start walking early. There's a lot to see on the way, and you can get distracted. The hairy crab was served individually towards the end of the buffet; it was a meaty treat.

Our tour guide, Ms. Sun, was excellent. She thoroughly explained the history to us on our way to the attraction, so we understood the background upon arrival. The journey was very smooth, and the itinerary timing was perfect. Our driver, Mr. Fu, was very friendly and even gave us advice on things like taking the high-speed rail. We had a wonderful time on this trip!
